561 | Correct me if I'm wrong but...Aren't threads like this just spam-farms, much like 'what are you currently listening to' threads? Very little thought can go into them, as people can either post bands from their playlists or list a few 'in' bands they're listening to.

1,403 | I did not really say intrument-wise they sounded similiar, but a lot of these new wave bands just have the whiney voice that goes along with the whiney lyrics. But, calling me an idiot out of the flame forums is not of the rules is it? Seriously, if you got bent over that much about my pillow punching post then you can ignore them. That and you don't even know me at all. Not a bad list either btw, I enjoy Bob Dylan a lot. Sister use to play his music a lot when I was younger, good stuff.

262 | Staying on-topic even more: Frank Zappa (brilliant artist, only recently got into his music, but the 'Strictly Commercial' album is fantastic) Rammstein (Good angry music) Coldplay (good band to relax to) Blur (Britpop legends with alot of fun songs) Oasis (More Britpop, and back on top form with their new album, 'Don't Believe the Truth') Weird Al Yankovich (Brilliant parodies, always good for a laugh) Thats just a few of them, i'll probably edit this post with more later.
