Golden Sun

Its a game very few people have heard about which is a shame! Luckily I found this very intriguing game at a friend of mines. There is 2 games
Golden Sun
Golden Sun: The lost age

In the first your main aim is to stop the evil guys from lighting lighthouses If they light them all the power of alchemy is released or something like that. And in the second you play the "baddies" who try to light them. It does sound VERY boring but it is a good old storyline and a very long game. Oh yeah! Its for Gba. And it has that battle type gameplay like FF! I love it. Its another fave. There is a LOT of weapons to find and you have your very own Djinn! Which unleasehes cool attacks! Anyway, if you see this in the shops and are stuck on what to buy, give it a go. Its rather good

I've hear of it. I spent a periode of my net life on a Norwegian Nintendo forum. Everybody there were huge fans of it. I tryed the rom ones (Some of you probably know why I'm gettin' roms), it sounded promising. But I'm to lazy to play a Gameboy game at the computer. Wish there was some kinda way to transfer it over to my NDS. ;_;

Well, I didn't know about the being bad guys in GS2, but then the badguys most have a really good reason for being bad since you actually controll them yourself.
And I heard you could transfer you save from Golden Sun over to the Lost age. ^^;;

The game is awesome I have both video games which is probably the most played GBA games I have. Aleks yes you can transfer your Golden Sun file to the Lost Age one. In it a few interesting things occur in the game. There are a few rumors that Camelot will be making the third installment of GS, but I'm not too sure if it is true.

A copy of FF?!

You`re disgracing FF.

Golden Sun is an overall good game but it`s plot is just as deep as Tetris!!

The puzzles are more like Zelda than FF.

I`m sorry but the plot puts me to sleep but luckily the gameplay pushes me forward. I`ve been stuck on the second one for some time.

I love it. Yeah, I heard that they are makin a 3rd. It will end up on Gc if anything. I cant see it on Xbox or Ps. Who knows? It could be for gameboy! Anyway, they gotta make the third. Whoever completed The Lost Age knows that its leading to it. Anyway, its gotta be 1 of my favourite games considering how much Camelot put into it! It took me like 100 hours to complete the 1st and 40 for the 2nd! And im NOT exagerating

Golden Sun 1 n' 2 are good, they're like combined ff and zelda together and its graphics are preety good for a gba game.

I have Golden Sun: The Lost Age, but never really got into it. I thought it was interesting, but I think I got stuck at some part and never decided to figure out how to get past it.

I have the regular Golden Sun game. I think it's really cool and I like the story line but I just can't figure it out. I have no idea where to go or what to do even if I do manage to get somewhere important.
So I just kinda gave up on it but if I get a guide for it I might pick it back up and play it.

I got lost often too. It's kind of confusing when you play the second before the first. I imagine that you don't really understand what's going on

I like the second installment because it is much more challenging than the first Golden Sun. On the first Golden Sun you could beat the final boss with levels that is above Lv 25 and below Lv35. It depends on how well you use your djinn.
