Ok, so here's how I see it. Firstly, I want to say that I wanted to put this under general final fantasy because I can't decide whether it should be X or X-2, anyway.

The changes made between X and X-2 to the blitzball system? I don't get it. Here is a game that over the course of 1000 years has not changed enough for Tidus to be unfamiliar with the rules and yet in the short space of two years or whatever the game's rules change dramatically enough to require a brand new tutorial system. I just don't get it.

Isn't the only real difference that fact that you don't control the players? I don't think the rules themselves have changed.

yea the aim is still score as many goals as possible,
like he sed the only difference is that you dont control the players in x-2

I don't think Blitzball should be inFFX-2 because u can't control anything. all udo is watch

i loved the blitzball game ply in FFX but in X-2 i dont think they should put it in thr if all u did is fall asleep plying it >.<

its more of a u manage it urself deal in ffx-2 and thats cool but id rather play and manage
also its not as time cpnsumeing a game in x-2 takes liek what 2 min lol

because you get to use the characters and
its the mini game ive seen in a final fantasy game.

Yeah I am usually crap at any sport game but I managed to get a team together and win in FFX to get wakka's celestial weapon, I was pretty stoked because I was going to avoid that side game, glad I did'nt.

Shutup Joe, you know you suck at it because you never got into it. Blitz is one of the best mini-games I've ever played in any FF game, that and chocobo racing (FF7). But most people who don't like it never pushed too far into it. I suggest you go back to your file, play some games, grab some players better players, and start getting into it right then. Tidus's moves are enough to play the game itself, Jecht Shot is so awesome AND useful.
