when ffX-2 first came out i couldnt wait to play it i got it,played it and was disappointed that the aeons didnt return

I've not played FF2, it's before my time, but I can see why it would be dissapointing if the trademark Aeons weren't in there.

Yes, it was a shame about the Aeons . I didn't like X-2 anyway, it was definately my least favourite Final fantasy, loads of other areas it fell down in too...

Anyway OFCOURSE there should be aeons in the game, but it isn't and thats mostly why it suck and i gave it away to a friend a week ater i bought it.

This is definitely in the wrong area, man. This belongs in the FFX-2 area.

But to answer that question...yes, they should have had summons in FFX-2.

No, they shouldn't have had Aeons in X-2. If they did, it would have totally ruined one of the main parts of X's story.

Theu couldn't have had aeons. Well they could but Yuna is no longer a Summoner. It didn't ruin the game in such it just sort of altered it. Anyway, at least they got them to return so you could have a wee battle with them. What I think was dissapointing was the fact that all of Spira was the same. You would have thought that you could have a wider exploring area. More so that the old one.

it is really crappy with out the damn aeons and especially when you have to kill them because they are dark aeons its just not good for any to find out that they arnt thr any more
especially when they are almost trade mark to the whole of the series

i was disapointed too. i think they should have been there. and i almost cried when i went to zanarkand for the first time and all those bullshit people were there! i was ready to go postal and blow em' all up screaming "GET OFF MY PROPERTY!!" though it's not really, but it might as well be! sorry, i'm ok now.

I haven't played much of Final Fantasy X-2 because I only got it for Christmas and I just haven't been playing it lol. I started playing a it while back and yes, I think there should be summons. It would make the battles a lot more interesting if they brought back the aeons!
