I set all the Limit Breaks that You can perform manually to auto, therefore in that aspect, Renzokuken or Duel are just about the same as Blue Magic.
Taking it from the practical point of view, Renzokuken is the best. When I go through some tough places, I leave Squall's HP in yellow numbers and press the triangle button repeatedly to get to perform Renzokuken.

Shot was the most useful. AP ammo. And demolition Ammo.

and then Slots. For 'The End'. Despite having to be way to patient fot it. It does work on some bosses, Adel for example.

I liked Renzokuken because obviously comboed with lionheart, was one of the best limit breaks in the game. I liked duel too, because of the large number of attacks you could perform, meaning you can do over 9,999 damage easily, I also liked Irvine's shot with pulse ammo for the same reason as Zell's duel, multiple hits for over 9,999. Even though I've only pulled it off once, Selphie's The End was used as well, to win another battle for me.
