Hmmm most embarasing battle, well first i must tell you my reasons for my fairly unfair game over In FFVII(my first ever computer game!!!) i had got to Mt Nibel and kept dying against the materia keeper after 7 tries i finally killed it and gained trine in the process then i for got to save was on tremendously low health wiht one character alive(I think it was Yuffie!!) and then went to leave just before i left random fight carrotman kills yuffie and gameover, embarrassing.

my craziest battle would have to be against the guardian of bevelle in ffx when i first faced him i didn't expect him to be so tough but to my suprise he kept killing my party like they were nothing more than a bunch of ants. on my second time through facing him i made sure i had limit breaks for my people ready so i could deal some massive damage i eventually won thanks to ifirts hell fire

in final fantasy 8 i was battleing jumbo cactur and i was battle him for 45 minuets
he ran away and i never tried to fight him again intill i found the ragnorok in disk four

I've got a few that I can remember. First off, Omega Weapon in FFVIII (this happened just the other day, too). I had Squall (LV 100), Rinoa (LV 100), and Selphie (LV 95). I used Selphie so I could try to use her The End limit (I heard it was only available when she's at a really high level). Squall's strength was maxed out with the Lionheart and 100 Ultimas. Rinoa' strength was at 173 with 100 Meteors and Shooting Star. Selphie's strength was around 180 with 100 Meteors and Strange Vision. I figured I was all ready to take on Omega. Not too long before that, I was leveling up on the Island Closest to Hell. I had junctioned magic to prevent some of the statuses that Malboro causes. Well, when I returned to take on Omega, I realized "Crap! I forgot to junction Death to status defense!" Needless to say, one attempt to use LV Down and one Aura later, Omega's first strike, LV 5 Death. All of us went down in a flurry of scythes. Talk about one pissed off virtual warrior!

Then, there was FFVII. I had just gotten the Shinra Sub when I saw this weird creature swimming around down there. I'm thinking "What the hell?" So, I run into it and... BOOM!

We didn't even get one shot in.

Then there was one on FFIV. I had hit the Magnes Cave and I entered my first battle. For some odd reason, Cecil was PARALYZED and nothing had happened yet! Then I remembered, "DAMMIT! I forgot to take of Cecil's Paladin Armor!" That one really pissed me off. Another one from this game: I was fighting the CPU of the Giant of Bab-il. For some reason, I ended up killing both of its defenders, thus causing it to use Global 199. It deals 9999 damage to any one character. Consequently, he used it on all 5 of my party members and wiped us out in nothing flat. Talk about pissed!

New one. Amazingly regarding FFX.
For fun i decided to run through ALL of omega ruins, and back without healing. Not too tough, but the monsters there slowly chip away at your health. I came out very low on health, and decided to go to the Monster arena before healing. Upon arrival I noticed a new species creation was there, forgetting to heal I fought it. It was Fenrir. His speed + my low health = dead.

I can't remember how this happened and this is the most absolutly ridiculous battle I've ever been in, but after the "final" boss in FFX you have to beat Yu Yevon and no matter what you don't die in the battle. Well this battle took extreamly long cause something happened with my mp [can't remember what] and I didn't have any as to where I'd keep attacking him but he'd keep healing himself and it was seriously a never ending battle against like the easiest boss battle ever.

I finally remembered that Auron had osmose or something, sucked up his mp and then put Yu Yevon under Zombie. >_>

well while reading all of these i thought of a few, so here we go.
now the first couple are just odd
1. Now because by the time i had played VI i had already done VII,VIII and IX and knew that you had to be fairly strong to take on the final boss, so i leveled everyone up to level 99 in Final Fantasy VI, Locke killed Kefka in one hit using 8 times hit.
2. when i versed ruby i used the stratergy to kill off some of your team mates before attacking, so it started with only Cloud, he used Phoenix and KOTR in w-summon, ruby uses ultima, luckily enough i unwittingly used HP absorb with KOTR, so cloud was cool, but the other two nearly dead, ruby kills them, i revive them ruby kills them etc...etc... so i just let cloud fight most of the battle against ruby. needless to say cloud won.
3. in final fantasy 1 i accidently did the entire sky fortress with just a knight and white mage, because the others were dead and i wanted to save my only phoenix downs to fight Tiamat and also wanted to see if i could do it, and i could.
4. In final fantasy VIII i versed ultimecias last two forms with just squall and quistes by using aura, whitewind and lionheart.
5. in final fantasy IV against the final boss it was only cecil versus him, he had just put cecil on 1000 hp and it was cecils turn i could A. Heal and continue an endless struggle or B. attack one last time and see what would happen, i attacked, hit, but he didn't die and then cast meteo and missed, then i attacked again, he does meteo again and misses and this goes on for about 4 more turns and then he began to shimmer away and i had won.

I have one from final fantasy VII when I was fighting the Emerald Weapon, I used Knights of the Round which used up about 3 minutes. Then I used Bahamut Zero with quadra magic, each scene was like 4 minutes long. I had 1 minute left to kill him and I thought that he didn't have much health left. After losing for the ninth time I decided to do some research and found that Emerald Weapon had 1,000,000 HP and I was way too low a level to beat him with that attack he does that takes out 1,111 for every materia you have, and that I needed to get the underwater materia from the kalm traveller by getting the guidebook and that I had already sold the one morph materia in the game that you needed to get it.

my most embarrassing battle woulbe onffta i was fighting in the mountains using marche only, his class was ninja with hunter abilites iwas getting beaten by theives until i could use ultima shot after i got through from being blocked i healed and killed the other 5 guy surviving wit 6 hp and 1mp
