I would pick the knight because he can get all of the best weapons and amour and has good attack.

Definately Thief for me.... as you couldnt tell if you pay any attention to the
FFI Character Elimination... I really like his power by endgame. after becoming a Ninja... carrying the masamune... just cast Quick on him and watch the damage! |

Monk, or Master. He's just a bad ass mothah fuckah, mothah fuckah. He doesn't need your damn weapons. He can kick people's asses with his fists of fury. Up to 8 hits, sometimes (Or am I thinking more along the lines of FF3j's Monk/Master? Hmm...)

I would probably choose the Black Belt/Master. He has the most attacks and does the most damage it seems. I understand the use of the Mages, but I don't think the Mages are good as stand-alones. So I would choose the BB.

I'd have to go with the Knight/Fighter. Being the one cahracter who can take the ultimate beatings and hand them back out is always a plus. Plus the game is designed for one to be used just like the white/black mages. Xcalibur is the absolute best azzkicking weapon!

I say that Knights are the best. They can use the best weapons and armors, they have many Hp and also they can use a little White Magic.

Does this include the upgraded versions as well?
If so, then I'd choose a Ninja If not then I'd choose the Black Mage

If your talking about the best character to use then that would be none other than...Squall...woops hes not on FF-1 tee hee silly me!but I think its the class he represents...its the fighter/knight!
--lets compare characters ok!--- *He has a very high HP not as high as the Monk can have but still he has the highest defense any character can have.the monk has more hits than the knight but the knight is an all out survivor.he can pummel enemies,has a high defense against status changing effects and he can outlast the monk on a 1 on 1 battle.the monk has low defense,even though he's strong! *The knight can also cast spells but on the higher level of his status right.compare them to the black mage who can cast offensive magic and the white mage who can cast suportive magic.and the red mage who has black and white magic spells.the fighter can outlast all of them,mages major weakness is they have very low defense.while they can cast poerful magic and kill a strong opponent they still cost cast points,what happens when theyre all out.useless as a dog! *OK now for the multi purpose character the Red mage,can use black and white magic right and can equip strong swords,even the xcalibur and he can equip good armor for average defense.but still when the fighter becomes a knight and can now cast healing magic he is stronger and can withstand more powerful attacks from enemies!also the red mage has lower HP compared to the Fighter.the white mage can have higher HP than the red mage,Ive tested it  *As for the slick and cool thief/ninja he has a high dodge rate and can cast some very useful magic spells.but on the higher level he still cant outlast the Knight with strong opponents.his dodge rate wont do any good because almost every enemy in the high levels dont miss!and still the thief/ninja has low HP! There you go!thats my opinion anyway! ***HALLER BACK!!!*** |
