The Silent Hill movie

Is anyone else here really looking forward to the Silent Hill movie? I am! And what will make it even better is that Konami is putting alot of input in the movie so it will be very simular to the games, and also too the composer of the music for the games is doing the music for the movie too. I'm VERY much so looking forward to it, as I am an avid horror movie enthusiast, and the quality of any horror film doesn't matter as long as there's plenty of gore. Or suspense, I got a very Silent Hill feel from Creep, so I'm hoping the Silent Hill film itself will capture the feel of the games.

Yeah! I was gonna make a thread about it but never got around to it..

I hope they don't make a terrible movie... I hate when movies are made after games and they just suck ass. (Resident Evil for example)

But yeah, I'm a huge SH fan... I'mma go see the movie for sure... I heard Sean Bean was going to be in it... If they have the same music producer in the movie as the games... you know you're going to have to take a clean pair of pants for after/during the movie.

...Okay. Now this just sucks. There's a Silent Hill movie? And nobody told me?! ;_; ... Okay, I'm big into Silent Hill... I remember playing the first Silent Hill with my sister when we were younger and we both went to sleep in the same bed that night out of fear. @_@;.

I asked for Silnet Hill 4: The Room for Xmas this year which is pretty ironic... SB, you can always give me that if you're feeling extra generous.

But yeah... I'll so see this.

Eh...maybe you did. I'm a RE fanboy and a Milla Jovovich fanboy, so when they made the movies, I went apeshit as I will with Afterlife.

Anyway, Silent Hill looks good. I just hope they don't put anything in there from The Room, because that was a horrible excuse for a game. Seriously, I'd rate it down there with Fatal Frame.

If they stick with the first Silent Hill for the theme of the movie, I'll be happy.

Hell yeah!! I so what to see this movie. I'm a huge fan of the games so I gotta go see it. I loved the first Silent hill game. Gosh those little midget's and their stapping at your leg who doesn't enjoy seeing that.

Silent Hill 4 Rocks! It's just so insanely difficult. The story line is super twisted though... I love it. Now if you want to talk about the worst Silent Hill, TWO obviously. Two sucked ass. The first is still the best IMO.

As for the movie, I believe it's being based on the first game. They'd better not butcher it... I wonder how they'll deal with the bosses.

As for RE, I'm a huge fan of RE. I love zombies, what can I say? I've got all the books and everything. The movies...were just terrible. The first wasn't as bad as the second... and I admit the main actress is the hottest thing since microwave burritos... but still, the movies were so bad. They could have made them much better. Nemesis looked like a turd.

Chezy Pants: Get SH4! It's hard as hell and you'll probably never beat it... but it is indeed a good game. I know how you feel about the first one though... I played it by myself in the dark the first time... Big Mistake.

O_O I sense a challenge. Still haven't picked up SH...I would like to see the movie anyway. Intee-rees-ting story.

It'd be nice to have a good horror movie again, but they should really come up with something original instead of remaking every damn little thing...

Mmm, RE, the first one I liked. The second sucked ****, but the first one was cool. Story should have been better, plotholey, screenplay was great. That, I'm I get all tingly about Resident Evil.
Here's hoping for SH.

Im unsure about this movie. Ive seen some shots from it and Im not that impressed by them. I just hope Hollywood doesnt ruin it.

Woah! I just found the official site and It has a brief Teaser Trailor. It scared the crap out of me... the movie looks like it's going to be awesome!!

Silent Hill

Even the loading screen scared me...

Hmm, I wonder if this movie is going to be live action or digitally animated... It's hard to tell with the trailor. Also! When you're checkin' out the trailor, you see some legs walkin' with white shoes... NURSES!! That totally means it's going to include the Hospital! I can't wait!!!

Oh man! I watched that teaser trailor a couple of times and... guess who's at the end... PYRAMID HEAD!! He totally is! Check for yourself!!
