What part of FFVIII is hardest?

the hardest for me was ultimacia's castle because i whent and fought griver with only attack and item abilities. because i did ot know you defeated monsters to get the abilities

Im sorry, but the hardest, or most annoying, was when I first tried to get the Marlboro Tentacles.....oh my god that sucked..

The whole Omega fight was hard, and all the other parts of FFVIII was easy.

eh..I dont remember having much trouble with Omega...
Maybe because at one point in the game, I trained my party up to max level and sat for hours drawing all the magics up to 100.....I have Curaga equipped to Squalls Life right now and its like 6.9K

For me, the hardest part was getting used to having all your items, then not having them in Ultemecia's Castle.
