ahhh i hate this damn place..
i jsut got here and i forgot to save
and theres no damn save point in here until after u get ifrit and shiva..

and i forgot to save at the save point there cause i talked to cid and i got sent to the boss and i died.
making me start all over from the town under the airship when u first get to the southern continent..
DAMNIT!! haha
anyways i was just wondering..
is there any important items to get in the magitek facotry?
i saw 2 doors in the room where u fight ifrit and shiva and i went into the right side door..
whats in the left side door?

The left door is where you would go to save.

Also, there are a bunch of elemental swords in treasure chests lined throughout the factory. You'd really just have to play around with the maze to find them all, because I can't remember off the top of my head in order to tell you.

Oh, and that's nowhere near a long entry, so don't worry about that.
I prefer length, actually.

...save OFTEN. Any time you're on the worldmap, save. It's much less frustrating.

I also believe there's a gold helm (or something like that) in the factory. If I remember correctly it's hidden pretty well.

It wasn't hard for me expect the part when you are on the rail car and you have to fight all those guards.

In any case, back to the topic at hand, yes, I do believe there was also a Gold Helmet in one of those treasure boxes, and perhaps a Gold Shield as well. Point is, there are just a whole lot of treasure boxes, and you should take a few minutes, get a little lost, and find everything you can find. If worse comes to worst, you could always hit the reset button...

The onlt really hidden thing is in the room with the containment cylinders, not at the very end but part way through, if you talk to one of them thers a Break Blade.

Also, hopefully you didn't bring Cyan along, as most opponents you will encouter are physical attack resistant... the only good move to use by him is dispatch.

ON the other hand, Edgars tools and Sabin's blitzes do just fine.

There really is a LOT to be found. I also know there are DragonBoots somewhere to be gotton.

The room Jinn is talking about is up the stairs after the 2 Espers... before the next boss that uses Wall Change.
