About swords and other Viking-ish things.. I want a sword, but the danish law prohibits us poor danes from owning blades which are over 30 cm long. -_-;

The Norwegian Vikings discovered greenland and America.

The Danish Vikings sailed acroos the north sea and pillaged England.

The Swedish Vikings went east and more or less created Russia.

The band was Aqua. Luckily, they split up.

Nah most of the french chicks i seen while over there on my numerous visits, had hairy pits, which i found disgusting.

The food was good though, and cheap booze. I was able to buy my own beer in france when i was at the age of 15, which i taught was cool at the time.

I half-wished for Austria to win. At least that'd reflect how completely ridiculous the competition has become. It's not a competition in which the country with the best song wins, but a competition in which the winner turns out to be the country with the crappiest song but with for the time being, most successful relationships with its neighbor countries. A lap dance is more unpredictable than the outcome of EsC nowadays. Just wonderful.

Norway was quite good btw. And something must've been wrong with England. The song itself wasn't thaaaaat bad, but something seemed to be missing in their performance.

Khorde, kuk must be a finnish word, dont you think? Sounds awfully finnish anyway. *skammas* My swedish has seen its better days, didnt even think of the meaning... *stygg indeed*

My parents (again) won't let me do paper rounds... "it's too dangerous with all those freaky ppl in our neighbourhood" ¬_¬ I started asking on my 15th, now I'm 17 I'm still not allowed *cough* overprotective *cough* I tried the "I'll do it together with my best friend", but even that won't work.
I can't do the strawberry plucking/picking/whatever too (with a friend). "Why?" "Because you can't!"
Then my mum tries (for the third time) to get me into a store (HEMA -_-) where my brother works. But I already tried it twice (and was too late signing up twice ^^; ), it pays bad anyways.

There I found my money problem

If my parents weren't like "always stick to someone when you're looking for work" and "we decide what work you do" I would be rich I'll tell ya! RICH!

cool, newqauy, thats uh *counts on fingers and toes and borrows somone elses fingers and toes too* about 200 mile'ish away from me which aint too far at all. FECK IT! if only my mum and dad hadnt have moved I'd be there, in newquay right this moment... i lived theere when i was way younger... but they moved from there when i was young... bugger... i really cant see how i would get down there. :-/ i couldnt drive myself -- im too young. My dad couldnt drive me -- he works away all week and wants a 'break from driving' so he says.. he's a gas engineer.. not a bloody truck driver..lol and my mother, well i dont think its something she would do.. so that ****s things up for me. ack, wish i could have come though..

maybe next year or something i could go. thats if this place is still going strong.. just so i know what im missing.. what will the 'lucky' people who can actually go to the meeting be doing all day? any plans?
