Technically they have won.... because there are an infinate number of possibilities and therefore an infinate number of possible universes, and in one of those possible universes Holland wins. Yes, that's in a possible future so we have to wait, but outside space and time there is no space and time, so as far as outside of space and time is concerned inside of it is happening all at once really.... and therefore holland has won as a part of that.
