Just because we need some non-mods to become mods, that isn't a reason to add a post-whore... We need quality people, not just "non-mods" so we have some sort of political stance on being "fair". Just look at the forum overall.. its trashy. The whole thing is a big load of spammy trash. There are probably a few good clubs, but come on... its a cheap place to get posts. After a few days of talking about some obscure anime, what left is there to say? Nothing.. so they just ramble continuously over dead subjects. Real content there folks..

Another good reason IMO for dawezy to get the spot is beacuse he can look over the forum while im not here (sleeping) since he is all the way on the other side of the world with totally diff time zones.

I think that Dawezy should mod the forum. I like it how when Kairi isn't on or sleeping he's on and vice versa. And he seems much better suited than piroblaze like you said cloud. Tho... (no offense Dawez, man you should just get s-mod lol) I think that we should maybe give a chance to a non-mod.

Yeah, i agree with that.. but anybody besides Piroblaze would be fine, if you would care to take notice ViV of the fact that he is a total post whore and is well erm.. not much of a role model (as mentioned before) to other members, if anything, he'd encourage them to post more crap and then that would lead to more spam, and then who knows what.. etc...

I still think im more then qualified to take this up mind you.

I know your qualified, but I still don't get the point of nominating people who mod 4 or 5 forums to moderate more when we have a ton of good mods here who only moderate one forum, and a shitload of people who don't mod any.

I guess I'm not saying just give it to a non mod, but whenever something like this comes up, the people who are always nominated already have like 4 forums. I just don't see why it needs to be like that. I think maybe we should start putting limits on the forums you can mod so that when new mod spots come up, people with a lighter load can mod them and spread things out a little.

Well, I've been busy wading through an immense task of searching for good non-mod members who post frequently in Clubs.

I've come up with three so far who, if we decide to add a non-mod, could be decent choices. All three, while they do not excel or have super-intelligent posting habits, are regular posters in Clubs and know the rules fairly well from what I have seen.

Andromeda II

Sakura

LocoColt04

I'm gonna keep searching, and edit in any new ones I find...but so far most people are either posters in one or two select clubs, or none at all...

The most qualified person out of those people is probably Andromeda. I could not stand Sakura getting a job as a mod! lol! Hey you know who is a good member, but has never gotten a chance, I dont' think. Skai! Maybe Skai'd like to mod something, he's been here forever, he's mature, I think he'd do the job well, I don't know if he wants to tho!

ugh, Kairi is leaving... shit. That leaves clubs with zero mods...

For the meantime, I can take over clubs until we get a permanent mod in there. I've done it before, then I gave my spot to MinTee, so I know how everything operates.

I guess Andromeda could serve as a co-mod, since she's hella active, and a good member.

I think that right now we should maybe get Dawez and Tony in there doing there thang until we can get up and at it to get two mods nominated, and voted on. Andromeda seems good. Is there anyone else that anyone can nominate?

If noone else volunteers then I can do it. Tho I bet I wouldn't get voted in ^^;;

Sakura is active aswell, but hmm... I dunno. Summit tells me she's not moderator material yet. If I remember correctly, she used to be quite the rule breaker...

I wouldn't mind the post myself, but I'm hardly around there.

But oh man, what I wouldn't give for this thread to be Archived or something. I have it saved on my comp right now, but still, this thread is just too priceless to nuke away. I was trashed so much, lmao. I can't believe I used to be SUCH a post whore. Now I turned a complete 180 and I'm mostly a lurker unless I find something interesting to talk about, hahahaha.
