Terrible rumor if true

I heard something on G4's scrolling thing across the bottom of the screne. I think it's called the "Feed".

It said something like, Final Fantasy 13 might not even be on the PS3.

If that's true, then I spent $800 for nothing...

I don't think you can really count on that rumor being true. Given the PS3 isn't doing so well right now (obviously), I think within the next year or so will see changes that may regain what they have lost. Thus, FF13 will continue to stay on the PS3 unless Sony makes a really big mistake. I mean there are already 3 games coming out for the PSP, so I don't think they've abandoned Sony just yet either.

I know what you're talking about Draken about "The Feed" (Usually comes on around midnight over here then the Jamie Kennedy Experiment), but I hope it isn't true.

But seeing how the PS3 isn't doing that well that Griffith mentioned could question it being on the PS3. But if only they lowered their damn prices then maybe they could get more people to buy them.

Personally I wouldn't spend that much money on a console...
Even if its not wont there eventually be other Final Fantasies on the PS3?

I think it's meant as NOT PS3 EXCLUSIVE meaning it can appear on other consoles like Wii and 360. That's what I heard anyway.

I hope it isn't true... I mean, I'd rather see FF13 for the Wii instead of the 360. Why? Because FF was made for the Nintendo from the beginning.

well i dont think it is true as i have seen a well known shopping website where u can already pre-order the game and it says there that it is 4 the ps3

can u balme square? PS3 SUX!!!! and i mean it. yeah yeah blu ray and blah blah blah thts great but it does have enough good games, it costs too frickin much, no backwards capability like sony promised, the list goes on and on. but the ohter consoles arent so hot either. xbox 360s are breaking microsoft just reported theres a lot em breaking and i think it was thousands of dollars theyd have to spend to fix em all. wii is fun but graphics arent up to par with 360 or ps3 (360 is close enuf to in graphics ps3 for me) and they run into the same prob with the ps3 about production cus more and more people are wanting a wii but they cant make enough of them. i dunno where ff13 will be.

Haha I don't really care either way, both 360 and PS3 are too expensive for me to buy so I won't be playing it for a long time yet probably. I couldn't imagine them not bringing it out for the Playstation 3 though, it would be pretty stupid if they didn't in my opinion but who knows. I would like to see it come out on the Wii but the graphics wouldn't be as great as the other two systems so I don't know how that would work out.

If the PS3 isn't that popular, they should reduce the ridiculous price they have on it lol. I know they would be losing money but that's their problem. Nobody has a grand to spare these days so that's a reason why it's not very popular. I won't be getting one for a long time yet, especially if they still have bugs and stuff. I would prefer a Nintendo Wii!

We'll just have to wait and see if it comes out for the PS3 or not, I believe it will but I am known for being wrong.

They really should. I've been looking on FFXIII information recently and just knowing that damn price just pisses me off! We should protest it and have Square put it on the PS2. X_X

The Wii is fun though. I wouldn't mind if it came on that console. Sure the graphics wouldn't be that strong compared to the PS3, but it would be fun using the Wii controller.

i dont think it would work on the wii. and i personally dont like the 360 its really loud and breaks all the time. so i hope its just a ps3 title.
