2. There will be absolutely NO LINKS to pornographic yaoi pictures or pornographic yaoi sites in this thread. This is a rule told to me by LocoColt04. I don't want anyone to be warned over this, and I do not want the club to be shut down, either. So, please keep all links and/or pictures portraying pornographic yaoi to PM's only. PM me on any questions concerning this. Thank you.

3. ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING/FLAMING! Any member caught spamming or flaming will get three warnings. After the third warning, you will be REMOVED from club activities. So please, let's keep this club relatively spam/hate-free, ok? Thanks.

Well, the purpose of this club is pretty well stated it the name. This is a place for otakus who are especially into yaoi anime to congregate.
Members are to discuss:
1. Anime/manga that have strong yaoi connotations.
2. Yaoi relationships and how we think about them.
3. Favorite/least favorite yaoi couples.
4. Favourite/least favorite yaoi anime/manga.
5. Etc... (you get my drift...).

May I start out with my most current favorite yaoi anime? As you may already know, it is Ouran High School Host Club. My favorite characters are, as you may already know, the Twincest masters, Hikaru and Kaoru.

Perhaps you should start the club off with posts such as this?

And please, for the sake of the club, post frequently... n_n

Just for the record, that's not only a rule laid down by me -- it's a rule that's been on the forums since long before I even joined here. I'd even go so far as to say to keep it out of private messages since that's technically part of the forums, but I suppose we can let that go. It's not the same as harassing someone via PM or anything like that.

But yeah. Keep the club clean. Discussions are all fine and dandy, just don't include any actual content. That's all I'm asking. After all, consider the children.

As I said before, I've seen more shounen-ai than actual yaoi, but there's something interesting about man-sex. Actually, ironically, I originally accepted it because of my girlfriend and now when I see it I go "OOooo! Yaoi! =)" Heh.

Favourite pairings are probably Hakkai and Gojyo, Komyou and young Sanzo and Komyou and Ukoku, all from Saiyuki. I also like a lot of the characters from Angel Sanctuary, so Mad Hatter with anyone is good. That is one sexy peice of anime man....devil.

Cool... I really like Angel Sanctuary too, but the incest turned me off a bit... In my opinion, incest is only friggin' awesome when it's twincest, and both of the twins happen to be sexy men... *sigh*

...Anyway, I know the show is uber cheesy, but has anyone in here seen/like Gravitation? I love that show...

Hey, count me in. I'm definitely a yaoi lover. I love Hikaru and Kaoru... They're probably my favourites at the moment. You should see my picture collection =P I like alot of the made-up pairings in fanart and fanfiction, too... And doujinshi. I'm pretty much a lover of all things yaoi.

I've been meaning to take a look at Angel Sanctuary, but I haven't had the time =( And yeah, I love Gravitation. Has anyone read the 'Love Mode' manga?

No, I haven't read it, but I have heard of it. How good is it?

It's kinda funny about the show Fruits Basket... In the manga, there were MANY yaoi moments, but in the anime, there were a few, but not as many... that's why I prefer the manga...

Yes. You should read the manga. The yaoi suggestive relationships in the anime (Shigure, Aya, and Hatori; Haru and Yuki; etc...) are all in the manga... just amplified...

There's even a few suggestive pictures between Kyo and Yuki... o_O

When I first started with the Fruits Basket manga, I didn't even know the anime existed until someone told me XD. I haven't actually seen much of the anime, but I definitely think that the yaoi relationships in it are more heavy in the manga. They're still there in the anime, but not quite as obvious.
