6 titles?!

What do u think of having the rumored 6 titles in the FNC?
I would prefer to have only FFXIII, just to be a normal FF game, without all that spinoffs and shit, because SE hasn't been releasing much of those(excluding FFXII, which was a great one I should say), only DoC's and stuff

That's right.Me too.I don't have something against spinoffs,but dammit,they keep on making tha worse & wose.While there's a great chance to make an interesting game,they spoil the storyline & the characters' actions with crappy gameplay,environements & stuff.That's what they did with DoC.The story is good,but the game overall isn't that good...I like it,but i expected much more from SE,like many other players & FFVII fans.

Okay, now that I saw the FFvsXIII trailer, I think it's alright....lool.
The trailer looks really cool.
But really, they could release it under other name, why FFXIII?
I mean people go after FF's and end up buying something completely diferent, but they bought it just because they thought it was FF.

No way Final Fantasy 13 hasn't come out and people are all ready talking about this. Man worry about Final Fantasy 13 first.

It's hard to say at this point because they're really hasn't been much information on all 6 FFXIII titles yet. I do think though that is a way to go out with a bang like Forever Dying Link mentioned. Why not start the first FF game on the PS3 with 5 different game to choose from? (Excluding the FFXIII:Agito on the mobile phone of course.)

It's hard say right now whether if I'm really feeling those spin-offs or not. Out of all them though, I'm definitely looking forward to FF Versus XIII though. I like action/RPG games in a way and I like how its looking at this point. But the games are gonna be too expensive to get. I don't even have a PS3 yet. I'm thinking about waiting a year or so till I get one though.

The titles look interesting, especially FFXIII and FFvsXIII.
But the ps3 is way too expensive and I already have a PSX and a PS2, and I don't pretend to make a collection of sony's consoles, no mather how good they are.
If I sold them both, the PS3 has lots of compatibility problems and shit, and my 85 games from the oldest consoles would become bricks.
But back to the topic, I want the series to return to their origins, a simple game after another, no sequels, movies or crappy same-worlded spin-offs. i liked the series better that way, but SE is releasing this six titles under the name of XIII.
Why?
To milk the world they are going to create for XIII, that's why.
They could simply release it under a completlu diferent name, since FF is RPG's and versus is going to be an action game.

wow i never knew theres gonna be 6 of them thats silly tbh they should only think about that when they have made one title not 6 i think its bad idea myself it was best when i went ff7 then ff8 then ff9 then ff10 but then 10-2 came along and screwed stuff up

personally i think there's no need for spin offs, they only delay the time a game will be released...
and there's no real reason for them to be there, however, that does give me an opportunity to be busy gaming for a few months before i completed all of them

I think using a spin off would open up new doors in it making it more interesting bringing in more fans

but i think 6 is a bit too much, 3 would be enough, imo
