The Gyashl Man [FFIIIDS][Spoilers?]

This thread is truly inspired by Makonna.

In the Gyashl Inn.... take a right through the wall of the first floor, you'll see a man.

This man provides you with a BESTIARY and a log of your ACHIEVEMENTS.

The bestiary will help you to, of course, master the art of monster-slaying.

The achievements aspect logs the time it took to clear the game the first time (Defeating Cloud of Darkness), what percentage of the chests in the game you've opened, how many enemies you've defeated, how many times you've fled from battle, (this one confuses me, but interests me) the "maximum damage" you've dealt, and the highest combo you've landed.

The max damage one is important to me. Mine reads 99999. Which wouldn't make sense if this counted for only one boss, or something.... I killed the Cloud of Darkness, that's 120,000.

I went to the ??? cave. I fought a yellow dragon... I had my level 99 Onion Knight attack, dealing "9999" every turn, and the rest defended....

If the dragon has 99999 HP, why did it take only 8 turns to slay it at that pace? Am I just imagining this? This requires research.

Thoughts/ completion stories?

Yeah, i mentioned this in the glitches thread, i've killed a yellow dragon in 3 hits with my black belts!

There appears to be no damage limit (possibly 99999) i had 2 black belts hit a dragon, then checked the life with my scholar and found that i had dealt ~75000 damage!

This still is amazing, i thought i was done with the game, only having to turn it on every now and then to exchange an email with someone who wants help. I'm so excited to go screw around in the world again. Hehe Great job guys.

Thanks Perderdor. I tried it and he was there. I haven't finished the game yet, trying to get everybody to level 99.
