| Final Fantasy III This game made it's official US debut in the form of a remake for the Nintendo DS. Talk about it or even the original NES version here. |

I figured out a good way to level up Job Levels and your team at a good pace.
Instead of killing the rest of your team for focused levelling, or guarding six turns for full Job Level ups....
You can psychologically build up the endurance AND your team. How? Easy. Go to a dungeon with monsters in sets of three (Like Bahamut's Lair, the cave where you battle Leviathan [which essentially disappears] or the cave under the triangle island.... Have all four characters have different jobs. In battle... have one person attack, the rest will need to Guard. For thieves, use the steal command, don't flee accidentally, this will break your concentration. This will give you decent gil and reasonable EXP. You will have to grind. But it won't feel like it. Especially with a thief. You'll steal items such as hi-potions and semi-valuables such as Arctic Winds. Don't check the character status or job selection screens too often, or you'll realize how long it really is taking. Doing this, I have only three separate jobs left to master, and I'm starting to let the characters master jobs already mastered (three lvl 99 freelancers). When all characters have 99 in every job, I'll post in the Mognet thread and give everyone mastery signatures. ![]() Why would I post something as pointless as this? Because this game really is incredibly fun, and too many people lose heart. This game is hardcore. |

I'm doing that right now, but right before I level up, I change all my characters to Blackbelts level 99 and equip all of them with:
Chakra Band Black Belt Gi Diamond Bracers and the character with the least HP gets the Hellish Claws. This way they get the maximum HP upgrade I can get. After they "Gain a Level" I change them back to whatever jobs they were leveling-up in, then do the grind again. Until I get better gear, these are the gear that willl add to your Vitality stat the most. Hope it helps. ![]() |

Recently I have been using Characters are LVL39
Thief 65 Knight 57 Monk 84 White Mage 59 In the Ancient Ruins on Eaters or Azraels I equip the Thief and Knight with very weak weapons in the back row. The Thief I alternate between steal and attacking the Knight. The Knight attacks the Thief. Monk attacks the enemy leaving one alive till they all get at least 5 turns. Mage I have cure all (177 for ea) everytime. Thief And Monk hit 23-28 times And the monk does somewhere around 5k damage on these no weapons equiped. I think its best to have them do something even if it is no damage. I thought I seen some time back the game has some hidden stats. I do something like this every so many lvls to work on different Jobs and lvl up. |

Or. You can just get all your characters. All guard near the fields at Ur. And after 5 turns of guarding. You get one person to attack and the rest guard. Easy job exp.
