ok i think i got everything in argus castle all the chest but when u go up its locked is there a key and when u go to that tower place by the weird whirlpool what do u do there? if you know pliz help

The quickest way to open a locked door is to just put a Thief in your party for the moment, otherwise you will need a Magic Key. I believe before you reach Gysahl you may be able to get 2-3 Magic keys, otherwise you can purchase them at the Item shop in Gysahl for 100 GIL each.

The other tower (I guess it's by a whirl pool) holds a few key items. It may or may not be locked. You can come back later if you need to, as these items are not required to continue.

You will need the spell TOAD learned by one of your Mages (Red or White) and used on ALL PARTY MEMBERS.

You have to cast Mini or Toad on your entire party via the main menu in order to access areas that are too small for your party to enter.

Are you at the part where you have to fight Hein? Or have you already fought him?

well i went to a village idk the name but its been attacked by soilders then i went to the village of ancients then castle of argus now im trying to go to the tower

Okay, if you have no yet helped the village (Tokkul) fight off the soldiers that have taken over then that is your next step. Visit Tokkul and upon entering you will be rushed by soldiers, and taken back to the castle dungeon (a big tree).

You have to talk to everyone, and eventually make your way down to the last prison cell and cast Mini on your party to enter the little hole. You will fight Hein at the end of this dungeon. Here is a little about him to prepare:

HP: 4500
Level: 22
Gil: 4300
Exp: 3465

He acts twice per round and uses Blizzara and Thundara. He will also use Poison and Sleep so make sure you have Antidotes on hand. Magic is recommended to deal the most damage, and his weaknesses shift through the battle. Sometimes he will be vulnerable to Lightning, and sometimes Ice. Remember to keep healing... cause he will cause a lot of damage at times to the whole party.

After defeating Hein you will have a conversation with the Tree, and it will begin healing again. It will also hand you the "Fang of Wind"

Once you've accomplished that head back over to Castle Argus, where the soldiers and King have returned. You will get the WHEEL OF TIME from King Argus, which Cid can use to make your airship, so be sure to visit Canann after leaving Castle Argus. Canaan is the village next to dragon's peak.
