FFVA location of the new dungeon...PLEZ READ!!!

Spoiler: If you go to a thread on gamespot,there are people who played FF5A and beat it. From what they said, the new dungeon is located under water in a BIG hole in the ground. Now isn't this werid, in Dawn Of Souls, Lifespring Grotto is located under water 2. Do you know why the two dungeons are located under water

Maybe it's easier to program that way. I mean now I haven't really played DoS, but if it's just a "hole in the ground" it's a matter of easy programming. Adding a "spot" on the map.

Of course FFIV was on the moon IIRC, so I don't think this is deliberate theme.

Ya, maybe or it could be for some other reason. I mean come on, they could have put it in the N-zone and that would have been easier programing.

Spoiler: ...And in a thread in gamespot(again)the new job classes are in a cave near the sealed weapons. They could have just put it in the sealed weapons place and that would have been easier because it relates to the story by like having the game beatin, you go back 1000years when shinryuu and omega were and you could just do the secret dungeon would be that.

That's the thing where you're wrong, adding completely new Map data is a whole lot easier then modifying nearly 15 year old map data. All they have to do is make a dot on the map that tells the game to send you to a new location, a completely new map.

And why does it matter anyway?

I'm not sure of this... but it says in GameFAQ's that, if you got all the legendary weapons and finished the game, go to Phantom village, just south of there you will see bubbles on the water. Use your sub to go below and you will see the entrance to the bonus dungeon.

I'll try to verify it first.

yay, this is old news and yes you are right. Man the bonus doungen is hard. Omega MKII is hard and so is Neo Shinryu. O and Metor DOSN'T work on neo shinryu or omega mkii
