FF VI with CDQ music?

just a speculation: Would it be possible for someone to replace the in-game music with pointers to the CD soundtrack's music in a folder? I beat this game 10 times as a kid on SNES,and stumbled upon the OST the other day. I personally think it would be kickass to play through it again with CD quality music.

IF this were possible, I'd rather replace the songs with ones from my own collection, juat to change things around a bit. But yes, I've been wondering about this myself...
