Ozma is in the Chocobo Air Garden, you need a gold chocobo and a dead pepper in order to get there. First go into a forest on your chocobo so you can fly, then look for a circular shadow on the world map, use the dead pepper once you find this shadow and you should warp to the chocobo air garden.

hmm. I hope you found all of those stone begging monsters...
you'll need to find those guys and do as they request before you can attack Ozma. I had a helluva time beating that... super ball. I know a few people that beat him without having to attack him. Did any of you accomplish this?
