Worried about Publicity Campaign!

Hey I'm trying to get 100% completion on this game, but I'm worried about doing everything for nothing if I can't get to level 5 for Open Air Inc. I've talked to a bunch of people and gotten the "they're really pumped" response. I've also gotten a few, not too many, of the opposite. I'm a bit through Ch. 3. I read that each chapter you complete through adds a bunch to how much more people you have to talk to. I hope you don't have to talk to EVERYONE and get the pumped response or I'm screwed.

Also, do I need to go play alot of games in the Calm Lands to get my publicity up. I need some help. Please. I don't want this to be the only thing that screws up my perfect completion percentage.

umm dude you have to talk to the same people over and over again to get it right and thay need to say they are really pumped.

another tip for getting perfect ending.
most people when playing a game dont talk to the locals in towns that dont affect the story at all.
but ive learned in this game they all affect the perfect ending, u must talk with everyone and i mean EVERYONE, the little kids, the adults werever they are talk with them, i played through this game the third time b4 i knew that so i had to play again, after 4 times i finally got my perfect ending.

another tip, the commspheres, dont just look at each one time, keep looking at the same sqhere over and over differnet scenes come up ech time, they all added 5 precent 2 my perfect ending precentage.
