levels... i think?
i was wondering what the little green or smetimes red dots are under peoples location bit. some times it says lv 0 so and so is a n00b or lvl2 so so takes lessons from quistis. well i was wondering what the point of the and how do they go up.

Its about when you give people rep on a post. The more rep. you get the more you level up.
For example youve been given 1 good rep so your on level 1, 10 more and you'll get level 2, after that more blobs appear. Its just like levels (squire, soldier etc) but for your reputation instead of post counts.

Its because they start everyone with a bit of rep I think, so it's easy to level up for the first time, but then it gets harder.
