FFIV remake for the PS3

I would love to see the great story of that game on the great graphics of the PS3. Yes I know it will never happen, but it would be very cool. I would be interested to hear voice actors for the characters and enemies as well.

it might not happen soon, but sooner or later square enix will realize that not capitalizing on the previous games would be a missed business opportunity (a group of consumers will mostly be completely different people 10 or 20 years from now). so lets all hope for the best.

Could be cool seeing this on ps3, but didn't they already re release it on that Anthology pack?. But none the less it could be extremely interesting, and I'd love to see Kain and Cecil in awesome graphics, and maybe tone down the difficulty a bit? It was goddamn hard. But if they do re-create FF7, I see no reason not to do the other back catalogue.

it was on the Chronicles pack, and it was basically the same game but with minor tweaks like name changes (fast => haste gold => gil) and some rebalancing.
but man, to see that classic game remade, oh man.

FFIV has already seen quite a few re-releases, so, as creative as the idea may be it'll never come about

I wouldnt mind seeing a FF10 -> FF4 render for the hell of it tho, would look cool.

you knwo something.....Even if they do it...they will probably take all the charm and find a way to (and excuse me for the langauge) rape the game.
after all from what I heard FFIV advanced is already easier then the original.
Plus usually when they are realeases we go all "they made something golden into something sucky" Personally..I would like too see how it would look like but they would probably put a whole diffrent feel to it.

Bah, all these damn remakes are annoying me, especially if they start remaking FFs for the PS3, I will accept FFVII as its amazing and deserves to be remade and make films and the rest of it but with other FFs, I dont think it'll work.

That would be FLIPPEN awesome!!!!!!!!! Maybe and in some more side quests. Hey maybe they would give us multiple storylines!!!!!!!!!! 1=Cecil(normal) 2=Rydia(starting in the Mist village) 3=Kain(play as good and evil) 4=Rosa(Rosa's PoV) and 5=Edge(starting from the attack on Eblan) That would be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think any FF remakes should be for Nintendo DS, PSP, PS2 or Xbox 360...Not includein the ones that are out now,,, and how cool would it be for Chrono Trigger to be ported to the DS

It would be goot but and I would buy it if they did, but I wont be getting a PS3 for a long, long, long, long time to come.

obviously, the graphics would own, but i dont know how well they would change character designs and such, a 3d to 2d game is VERY hard to do. you may say "Yeah but ff3 for nintendo ds noob!" but even then those graphics were kinda sucky animation, and really looked like 2d characters and backrounds with a lot of sides to me.

It would be pretty incredible in my opinion but I like the idea of it being remade for the Nintendo DS even more. The Playstation 3 is just way too expensive to buy and I just don't want one. It would be better if they remade it on the Nintendo Wii!

It's cheaper but I doubt the graphics would be as good. I think it would work pretty great on there though. The Nintendo DS is a nice little handheld console though, I think this remake is going to be excellent for it.
