FFX-2 suckage

I think this game is a disaister, it didn't have as many jobs as in ff3j, an nes game for god's sake, and the gameplay was either for kids or girls new to gaming because it was so lame. I hate this game, what are your thoughts?

What!?!?!!?!?! FFX2 does not suck, because the leads are all Females, everyone hates the game, its not THAT bad, its a great game and under rated and if you were a true FFX fan, you wouuld love this game.

Not true. You can be a true FFX fan and still hate the poppiness that was FFX-2. Now I, personally loved the game, apart from the opening sequence which was... *shudders* ... the story might have taken some time to get going and for the first three chapters it felt like just a random, wandering game, but when the story did start up it was very beautiful and tragic.

Combat system was average. Everybody complains because it was different, but all FFs have had a slightly different system so I just didn't care. Paine and Rikku were annoying as hell, but Paine moreso, who was trying to be an Auron clone...
"zomg, I have this liek, so totally secret past that haunts me and turns me into a goth wannabe!"
"Tell us of your past!"
"noez! it is teh too traumatic, your respect pointz went down."
"Please?"
"Okayz! I was the camerawoman for a military squad who weren't killed but saw a little combat action."
"... lame."

Other than that, the story was cool... if the characters did kinda' suck.

Yes, there have been many topics similar to this already.

I don't mind the game, in fact I think it's pretty good. I have not completed it yet but so far I really like it. It has three main female characters and you can change jobs in the game which I think is awesome. The storyline doesn't advance much but it's still pretty cool. It might not be the best FF game out there but I don't really have a problem with it anyway. I like it.

You see one bashing topic you have seen them all; personally I liked this game. It was new to FF series...and I thought the whole idea was kinda cool.

iwould say their are a million threads like this but its been said, anyway anfter starting one off these my self i have come to the conclusion that it is good (but a bit to easy) but it isn't as good as FFX by a long shot, but that doesn't make it bad!

true, there have been a million threads like this, but we must be constantly reminded of how bad FFX-2 was so square enix wont repeat the same mistake twice.
