Thinking of getting it after all the hype. Whats it about????

Ok there is a lot of positive things being spoken about KH and I really want to know what it is about and what happens? I like rpgs and all that. Do you think it is a suitable game for me?

The Disney characters put me off though

its about sora a guys destined to be the wielder of the key blade, it is a awesome game but a bit cheesy i do suggest getting it.

It is definitely worth getting, I know what you mean by getting put off too but it makes up for it. The story is fairly good though they make it a bit immature at times. Other than that the battle system is great, good graphics and its not exactly a peice of cake. I am currently going through it whilst I wait for the 2nd one to come out.

It's a game that focuses on aspects like friendship and the power of the heart. It also has a different battle system than most games, the closest one I can think of to it is probably Legend of Zelda.

I don't see why so many people won't try the game just because of Disney characters. Heck, most of the places you visit are Disney relate, but they fit in with the story.

Essientially, I can only suggest you rent it first and then buy it if you like it.

Kingdom Hearts is a fun game. If you don't like Disney characters the battle system will more than make up for it. It's sort of like the undeveloped Star Ocean battle system. You would like the colliseum, you get to fight Sephiroth in the platinum cup.

( Note I am biased sadly to this game) That being done I feel this is a must buy, as it's one of the best rpg's for years. It has a lot of disney elements, such as the monster designs and disney characters, but they do not subtract from the game. The plot is very very strong and the characters also, minus the sub one's. The Graphics have there own style, and the gameplay suprised me when I liked it, as a hater of ATB systems. Overall a very worthy purchase, plus can be got in the new two for £15 range in the U.K.

its a really good game. i think the graphics are really cool and you get to fight some final fantasy characters which i think is pretty cool. and you get to use some final fantasy things like ff magic also the story line is pretty good too

KH is one of my fav games and I think that most people who like FF, like this, too. The plot is good and the graphics are good. There are also some FF characters and some of 'em use the same abilities and weapons they used in FF. As for the Disney characters, they are not that bad and don't let 'em dissapoint you.

Ok heres the deal(Spoilers ahead!):

Sora lives on this island with his bestest friends in the world! And he lives with Wakka and Tidus from FF and that other chick that I forget.
Anyways Sora along withe his friends Kairi and Riku are planning to visit other worlds so they are trying to build a raft.
So you spend the first half hour of the game building and finding food for your raft.
And one night a storm comes and Sora is worried about the raft so he stupily goes out into a LIGHTNING STORM and is surounded by heartless( the bad guys... duh.) To be continued!
