Any Chocobo Trainer tips?

How i badly wanted to Delta Attack or use any strongest attack on this Chocobo Trainer. And rob off her Sigil!!!!!!!!
Anyway, "oops here goes gravity, oops here goes reality", so any tips on how to get 0:00???

This thing really piss me off!! I think i might as well just buy a 4 empty slot weapon and customise it to a super weapon. But that need a lots of time too..Shehhh..

When I played this 0:00 game, I didn't concentrate on collecting the balloons all the time. Just get to the balloons when you don't see a bird. When you see a bird swooping down, go to your fathest east/west to avoid them, then continue grabbing balloons. If you still didn't finish it at below 0:00, just try again. Patience. ^_^

Yeah, will likely to try a few more hours.
