First of to make things easier get Bahamuts Rare Item ability and equip it next fight Blitz a couple of times and u sould get a power generator next refine it and ull have ur pulse ammo

Really really easy way to find this. On Disc 3 when Esthar is under attack, and everywhere is in a state of panic, go onto the bridge in the middle of the city. There is a sole man looking towards the Presidential Palace. When you talk to him, he says "He, he, he" and he starts a battle. You fight an Elnoyle which by that stage is a walk in the park, and he should drop a power generator every time... (I say everytime, the man disappears once you've defeated him...but simply leave the screen and come back and he will be there. If memory serves as well, he is a valuable draw point, I think you can draw Pain magic off him)

or you could just go to the same place FFGuru89 was talking about, walk around and get into a bunch of battles and Elnoyle will pop up once and a while and he will always drop energy crystals which I believe can be refined into 3 pulse ammo.

all he gives me is moon stones and im lvl 60 so wat am i doing rong? yes ive tried to mug them off him.

Dude the Blitz thing is the best thats how I get ammo but im not to sure if the Elenoly thing works ill check it out.but moon stones are somthing youll need if you want Irviens Ultimate wepon

i would so the blitz thing but i cant get to bahamut every step i take theres a nuther battle its imposible to get to him.

Run from the battles and have quitis with her overdrive so that you can use degerator and rubydragoons are gone.plus run when the light is died down and you dont get battles.
