Did you ask this before? I could have sworn you did.
Go to the club forum. Go to a club's thread. Post saying you want to join... it's really that simple, man. There's no "registration" involved unless you're making your own club -- then there's a thread for that stickied in the club forum.

Yeah, you post there asking if you can join. If they say no, then you don't post in it any more. If they say yes, then you're a member and you can post in it all you want. Sometimes, they will ask you questions first.
Be sure to always read the first post in a club before you ask to join; some of them have special requirements, whereas others are just open discussion clubs.
