Well I own the entire show and all the movies, I think, they might be hording one or two more movies. But from the show I would say it is Lina Inverse simply because she is what makes the show so much fun. Though I do have a big soft spot for Zel and Crispin Freeman, VA for Zel. I love his voice and the character, definitely next to Lina, Zel is my favorite. It does go back and back a lot since Zel grounds things a little in reality while Lina is going off on some Dragon Slave tirade for hers.
From the movies it is definitely Naga, you really only have two to pick from, but Naga is so entertaining to watch since she annoys Lina on so many levels, not even Martina could annoy Lina this much, simply because Naga actually has magic so she is not a completely wasted person on the battlefield and can stand toe to toe with Lina. Then there are Naga's assets that really annoy Lina as well. But it really comes down to the laugh, oh it is horrid, but it is funny to watch Lina expression, not to mention you know where ever she is simply from her laughing. The best Naga movie was Book of Spells, which had me on the floor laughing in tears because it was too much take.
