Who do you think is the most interesting character?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering who you guys think is the most interesting character in FFX, from their story line, past life, personality etc. I think that Auron is the most interesting out of all the characters. I always thought that he was very mysterious and interesting. I always liked to hear about his stories about when he was Braska's guardian and when he was friends with Kinoc. He is just such an interesting guy.

I thought that Yuna was an interesting character. She hardly ever showed her emotions. I thought that she was interesting all around

Hmm, I'd actually have to say either Wakka or Rikku. They're almost complete opposites. Wakka feels that it was the invention of machina that brought Sin into existence, whereas Rikku, as an Al Bhed, thinks that machina is the best weapon they have against him. They both have completely different beliefs.

Though I think Wakka is more interesting out of the two, seeing as he changed a hell of a lot throughout the game. Starting as coach and star player for the Besaid Aurochs, then fully devoting himself as Yuna's guardian, and then completely changing his thoughts about Yevon. It all seemed really hard for him to adjust to all this, especially with the Bevelle incident. Yet he managed to pull through easilly enough.

lulu. She is mystical, and quite for the most part. I like her strength an sensibility.

Tidus, for his story about his dad and mother. It was really sad to know how his dad was with him and also part of it his mother. Yuna was interesting too, about her mother and father.

I thought Yuna was the most interesting girl in the game. She ended up saving the world, along with her guardians. She was a very brave girl who always kept a smile on her face. She didn't let anything get in her way. Even after losing the one she loved, she still kept that smile. I think she was an interesting character, her personality was cool. Auron waso interesting as well since you don't know too much about him until later on.

damb right kinney tidus has the best story, a man who doesn't exist but can influence anybody that the best thing ever.

Auron's backstory is of course complex, fascinating, and mysterious -- even by the end of the game there's still a few unanswered questions like his refusal to marry that got him kicked out of the monks, and how exactly he managed to get into the dream of the Fayth. So I'd put him first, as most folks do.

I disliked Seymour a great deal, but his story is also a bit interesting, albeit more conventional -- yet another alien half-breed twisted by his difficult upbringing.

But I'm interested in Lulu. She's so different from everyone else in Besaid in her reserved manner and clothes. Is it only because of being orphaned when she was five? Most of her friends are orphans, too.

She's a devotee of Yevon, yet a realist.
She's mourning a lost lover, yet she doesn't let it get in the way the way Wakka keeps hanging onto his brother.
She immediately takes Rikku aside when Rikku arrives, grills her, and apparently decides she's safe.
She's the unspoken party leader and mentor, at least until Auron comes, and even then he's deferential to her -- "what's our itinerary?"

Lulu lets deeds speak louder than words, somewhat like Kimahri. When Yuna decided she wanted to become a Summoner, and Wakka and Lulu couldn't change her mind, Lulu decided she would become a Guardian -- immediately. She went off on the pilgrimage with Lady Ginnem at once. When that failed, she went off with Father Zuke. Lulu does this to try and keep Yuna safe. Even though her two earlier pilgrimages have failed, Lulu has absorbed a great deal of information and experience to help her guide her young friend at least to the edge of the Calm Lands.

Lulu is, as Rikku says, "so together." There's not a lot of angst. She's just solidly dependable.

And of course there's that black magic mystique.

I dunno. Main character, probrably Auron. He was pretty cool.

NPC - Uhmmm... I really liked the Al Bhed (as a people). I found it was fun to try and get all the Al Bhed primers and whatnot. The Ronsos were pretty spiffy as well.

Rikku..she is so intesting and lively, energetic.. I love her when she call Yuna as Yunie..

I like Rikku, too, she is very vivacious and real.
I really feel for her in the Thunder Plains, because she really acts like a person scared of thunderstorms, haha, poor child!.

i think yuna, she goes through so many emotions, falls in love and summons great big monsters! you dont get anymore intereting than that!
