Here is a link to a bunch of different stuff regarding reputation.
To answer your specific question, no, there is no way for you to see the exact amount of reputation another user has. Of course, it's that way for privacy reasons, and I refuse to turn on any options that would allow someone to see such things. In fairness, though, if you hover over the little green/grey/red box(es) in someone's postbit, a title and a level will appear. Using those levels, you can reference the thread I just linked you to, and you will be able to get a general idea of how much rep a member has. |
