X-men 3

Who here is looking forward to the X-men 3 movie?! I sure am, I can't wait!!

But of course! I've been following this thing since the last one came out (or a few months afterward... can't remember which.) I'm a bit disapointed that Gambit won't be in it, but we get Beast, Angel, some Psylocke, an expanded Colossus role, more Wolverine, and Juggs in this next one.

Of course, it's being directed by the guy who made the Rush Hour films... and I saw a clip of it that was on Leno, and some of the things Logan did and said seemed a little cheesy... still fun, though. I dunno. I might've prefered that guy who directed Layer Cake. Too bad he had family issues, or whatever.

Anyhoo, yeah. Hope this movie is awesome.

I actually saw X-men two only two months ago,
so the hype is still fresh in my head.
I also hope X-men 3 wont disapoint... Used to
be a huge X-men fan back in the days of
elementary school ^^;

I am going to go buy Xmen and X2 tomorrow and watch them....

The 3rd just looks so freakin cool that I have to see the other 2 to catch up..

I think it's going to be an excellent movie, but then again, I hated the Rush Hour films.

Gah! I know! I think it's ridiculous that they're not even including him in the film... come on... everyone knows that Rogue and Gambit are supposed to be together! And it bothers me that we'll be severely lacking his insane card-tossing skills.

Considering he was one of the original line-up, he should have been a teacher at the school.

And what about Jubilee? Why wasn't she the young character instead of teenage Rogue?

I certainly can't wait for X-men 3, I know they are missing a lot of cool characters and stuff from the X-men universe but I guess when you only have 2 and a bit hours to work with you have to choose whats appropriate. But I do wish Gambit was in the movies, his character is one of the best.

Maybe Rogue was the teenage character because she's more famous, or something? And also, in the first movie, her powers worked best for the plot, I guess... although that doesn't explain why we didn't get a Gambit to go with her, instead of a young, serious Bobby Drake.

Supposedly we get Gambit in X4, however (if there is one.) Their excuse was that he's too big of a character to give a minor roll to. Yeah, whatever. I would've been happy with a Colossus-sized cameo at least for one movie. They could've fleshed him out in later movies, too.

i wanna see it so bad. i use to have a shit load of comics but i lost thm. anyway i wanna know if phenix is gonna be in it. and i just hope that it isnt overhyped.
