FFTA After Ending (possible spoilers)
I'm not sure if there's a thread on this.
Anyway, after the ending I got shara, ritz, babus, and what's his name....hmmm....somone. Anyway, I'm trying to get cid but everytime I do a mission I always feel like I'm doing a mission over and over again. (it's like an endless cycle keeping me from getting cid). And it's also keeping me from getting some of the powerful weapons like the masamune and stuff. What should I be doing? BTW, I also heard that there was a secret class for marche. Now how do I get that? ![]()

First of all how many of the missions have you completed now, the masamune mission was the last one I did.
I'll give you help if I can on anything, just ask. And, no there isn't a secret class for marche and just in case you try, you don't get anything for teaching a character all abilties, at least not with vieras anyway.

^ I mean, I heard there are two swords that can unlock a class for marche. Something red and something blue. I'm not sure but are you familiar with those two swords? I heard you have two equip both at the same time.

The red and blue ayvair, they are Marches best weapons. Complete the Hero Gaol side missions. ( Take that item that you get from defeating the lamia mission with you on a mission and it should become available)
They don't unlock anything though.

Vat2ff, In order to get Cid you've got to do all the missions but FFT:A is fickle here and tricks you. I'm going to explain this as easily as I can.
In the course of the game there are two *Reserved missions* to do and you get items that'll help you complete other quests. What happens though is that there are actually four different *Reserved missions*. The game picks two out of the four for you, and if you don't get the right missions you won't be able to finish all the quests and get Cid. The reason for this is to encourage people to link up and trade mission items so they can finish the rest of the missions. So if your like me and have no one to trade with, you can't get Cid. |

No no, people, Reserve Missions do not count towards the requirement to get Cid. I know, because I have it, the legal way. All you have to do is to clear all 300 missions. If you check the mission list, all missions that count towards getting Cid will be highlighted. If you clear all 300 missions, when you check your Clan info, the Mission counter will have 3 small stars under the 300 number. Check that first.
My humble thought is that you lost a mission item required to access that mission you might not have. Believe me, I know that might happen. As for the Ayvuir Red and Ayvuir Blue, they aren't that hot anyways. The swords have similar attack power, so it would count as a weapon with 2x power. Anyways, they depend on Marche being a Fighter and having Double Sword learned, so...your choice. And remember, unscrupulous people tend to make bogus stories about secret classes using things that have a relationship between each other, but no game importance. Otherwise, that would be strategy guide material. vat, you mentioned that there's a mission that prevents you from accessing the best items (Excalibur 2, Masamune 100, and the Ebon Blade). My thoughts are, you are missing 4 missions, and that your clansmen level isn't high enough. Training should do. Atma, the Reserve missions are to get items that give slight boosts to the Attack, Magic Attack, Defense, and Magic Defense of the battle in which you put them (you know, when the barkeeper asks you which Item do you want to take to the mission?). Otherwise, they do nothing. There are only 3 missions to do, and 4 different possibilities, 1 of them giving you all of the items, and the other 3 missing one. No big deal.

^is a level 50 high enough? Because that's where my clans at.
Okay, I see...every different mission seems to be popping up really slowly. Anyway other questions, is it possible to get rid of a clan by finishing them off on the place with a Skull on it (ending there clan once and for all so that they won't show up on the mission list and map)? And How come I keep on getting sivril instead of mithril on the "Mithril Rush" mission(I swear I've played that dum mission over 10 times)?
