You get them when digging, but when you goto Chocobo paradise (you must have a gold chocobo)you get a full stock of them by talking to one of the chocobos next to Fat Chocobo. Chocobos Paradise isnt marked on the map, but its to the top left of the screen. Right in the corner.

hehe. i would immediatly sell them after stocking up at the chocobo's lagoon.
