I've defeated him. Hes the hardest boss to kill on FF9, but he is still a lot weaker than the optional bosses of other games such as VII's Ruby Weapon and VIII's Omega Weapon. Nothing beats Ruby in FF difficulty!

yeah the only thing hard about him iif you are the wrong level you will get kicked in with is spells i was having some troubles with him because i did not get thievery up to 9999 damage it helps and so does Freya's dragon crest as well
what was your party when you defeated ozma mine was Freya Steiner Zidane and Eiko Zidane used thievery to do 9999 then steiner to do shock to do 9999 Eiko to summon Madeen to do 9999 and Freya to do Dragon Crest at 9999 and that does 39996 damage you did all of them then just carry thaty on to kill him quick i defeated him doing this about 10 times then i got bored of killing him lol |

personnaly i think he was the hardest bastard in all the ff ive played, dark aeons easy, omega easy, ruby easy, emerald easy, but Ozma's elemental attacks are bastards because it mini's you and that cripples your phisical attacks oww well beat him any way

Hmmmm I would have to Ozma was pretty hard I killed Ruby and Emerald before I manged to kill Ozma.
Probably coz my characters weren't on high enough levels, I wouldn't call him easy though. But annyway yep I killed him. Hes my least favorite big boss though.
