I think he's in FFT but hes definately not in FFTA.

i couldnt play that tactics game i kept getting my ass kicked and couldnt go back to train so i got rid of it
just before i was supose to get cloud too! i kicked my own ass when i realized that

Sorry, dude, I know there's Ritz and even Judgemaster Cid, but no Cloud, that's FFT. I'd recommend Gamefaqs for looking up the info you need.
