does anyone here think that sephiroth could of been much more "good" if he found out he was not created in a tube but he had a natural birth.

He did have a natural birth, he just had Jenova cells injected into him while he was in his mother's womb.

Which in turn makes him the worlds only known functioning Jenova-Human hybrid. Couple that with the fact he was already a blood soaked war veteran with a rather cold nature and Hojo as a biological father and i'm not sure he would've been 'good' per say. Maybe 'nicer' but not exactly 'good'.

Not a hybrid. A hybrid is like Terra in VI, the offspring of two different species.

and he was meant to be a nice enough guy before the whole nibleheim thing.

If he hadn't realized his background I think he still have been in SOLDIER, fighting for Shin-Ra. Then it is your own opinion that decides if that is "good" OR "bad".

After what I've heard in the game Cloud only is showered w/ Mako, is that what you're thinking about?

Yes, he was and that's what screwed with his mind to make him basically believe that he was Zack.

And it is evident from the movie and the Ultimania guide that Cloud was injected and experimented o nas the other residents of Nibelheim were 5 years ago (7 years ago by the movie actually). Which as Palazzo points out is what broke his mind more than anything and is actually also why he confuses himself with Zack at the start of the game.

Weak willed people like Cloud are easily taken in and deceived by Jenova. Strong willed people like Zack and Sephiroth can bend the instincts of Jenova to their will.

And yes...I suppose a pure hybrid would be one that would've been born from a Jenova egg. Still, I think enough genetic material bonded to Sephiroth to render him close enough to that purity as makes no difference. I believe that, coupled with Hojo's genetics, is what made Sephiroth such a cold and calous individual that saw no value in human life. Even before he was a monster, he was a killer.
