"You are not allowed to view Item History."
I was being nosey and wanted to see which Users had what gifts and ribbons, but I got that error message.
Is seeing what items/ribbons are being "used" by which people something only Admin types have access to? Why is that, out of curiosity...? |

It is set up that way because the complete ribbon/gift item history has a modify/delete column. I will see if there is a mod. to have a public item history page that doesn't have any type of deletion links in it, as I'm sure a handful of other people would also be interested in it.
