Saved by the Bell is back!

Adultswim.com announced today that the entire cast of Saved by the Bell, from the highschool years including Zack, Kelly, Screech, Slater, Mr. Belding and others will be back. Jessie, infamous star of Showgirls, will not be making a return.

The story will follow Saved by the Bell: The New Class in which Screech has taken over as Principle of Bayside High and Mr. Belding runs the Max. The other character's involvements are not yet known, but production has begun!

Also, adultswim will be airing several popular Saved by the Bell episodes at 12:00AM on various dates.

I know some people may not even know what this show is, but for those of us who grew up in the 80's, this was probably one of the shows a lot of us watched

Well, I knew the end of all humanity was coming.

Showing non-animated show on a Cartoon Station is like showing a show on Comedy Central that isn`t funny...

Saved by the Bell is a great show! It was on Nickelodeon a lot last year and I watched it a fair bit. I found it really entertaining. I didn't grow up in the 80's but they did show re-runs of it on television a lot. Screech is so funny, he always does something stupid. I don't know if I like the idea of a new series but you never know, it might be a cool show lol.

I bet the new students of the school are gonna be stupid though.

The college years still come on TBS @ 7:00 AM till 9:00 AM, they are funny to watch.. but nothing great.

He wasn't thinking, it was more like a lack of options. Even though he got with Kelly a couple times, she was Zach's babe

So it was either Jessy or Lisa, and I'm sure the show wasn't going to announce it condoned in interracial relationships

Sounds fishy to me. I don't see any entry on IMDB. Plus, both Mark Paul Gosseler and Tiffany Amber Theissen both said they are trying to move away from the Saved By The Bell image. So, why would they go back?
