Shelus has levelled up - (lv 1)
Insanity Plague / Shane vs. Godean

((( Alright. A simple challenge against, well... you know who you are, Godean. Now... Give me everything you got. Now as for post limit or length of time to post as much as possible... I know not. I would like to know however since this battle is a challenge for rank up on my behalf. For this battle, I shall be using Shelus. I will be using Shelus for my own reasons which include my yurning to get more used to him in battle.

+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

The white wild hair of the banished Seraphin flowed almost crazy like with the winds.

Hmmm...

His orange tipped eight foot wings however, were being dragged silently behind his back.

I... ergh.

Both of his eyes looked crazy... one could say insane. He was staring at the ground but in his mind he saw memories of a past battle.

I can't believe that... Thing would not die. And by thy own sword at that. Atleast I was greeted with a formal Battle... being in slumber for such a great length of time... it was... bliss almost.

His thoughts were getting the better of him. The more memories he triggered of that battle... the more he drove himself to the brink.

Shelus paced in circles a top an ancient platform where battles of old were once common thing. The platform was located in a hidden area surrounded by the icey cold mountains of this unknown region. The arhitecture that lied about the area, some in pieces... some barley intact, gave hint as to what civilization once inhabited the forgotten tundras of this planet. Some of the statues were that of the warriors of old. Indeed this planet had a terrible history... just as its weather was. It constantly snowed in these parts, but regardless of how much the snow would fall or how hard, the platform did not contain a hint of snow upon its thick but smooth greenish glass surface.

As he repeated this process of pacing around the battle ground, his grip around his Shelus sheath tightened and his face of anger was becoming insane... even grotesque. In the event of his anger however, someone... something, caught all of his senses at once. What was this figure he sensed approaching the mountain top platform? Could it be a small group of people questing a pilgrimage to the ancient shrine, or could it be someone seeking that which is lost? Fortunatly... Shelus felt differently about the one that neared his location.

Well well... could this be another battler? Could I finaly be able to do right in a completely different battle? Either way... I shall now reclaim my dignity. Wether this be a warrior or other... I shall feed my anger until its hunger is sufficed.

Shelus held out the Shelus Blade with his leftt hand by the sheath towards the direction of the approachfull one. He then slowly took hold of its hilt using his right hand. Shortly after... the sheath of this specter sword vanished in the cold moutain winds that blew passed, Shelus gently set it aside and waited for this figure to approach and shed light on his reason for finding his way here. As the figure neared... Shelus had a sudden reminder of who it was and why he was there.

Ahhh... I see. You have teken me up on my challenge. I must admit... I could have almost been caught off gaurd with memories of past. Now... shall we?

Shelus let on to be prepared and insane as he took form of his defensive stance.

NOW... Give me everthing you got.

Godean is a n00b - (lv 0)
Thump...thump...

A figure in the shape of a man is perched upon a long tree branch, suronded by a vast field of ice. The tundra around him gleems brilliantly - for only a moment however, as clouds pass over head - in the great sun light... The clouds however reform and the land around him is cloaked in shadow once more...

Thump... thump...

The figure takes the shape of a man... yet he is no mere man. Looking at him, he seems human... though after a moment in his presence... something can be felt flowing out from him... a great source of energy. Balanced between good and evil...

Thump... thump..

He is a good 5'1... short silver hair. His eyes are closed tightly. And though he bares no physical sight with his eyes closed like this... he can see more than anyone could deem possible... He world around him glows many different colors. Energy. He can see all forms of energy. Though not just infront of him... He has a perfect 360 degree field of vision with his eyes closed...

Thump... thump...

He is wearing a black button down shirt, which only buttons up to the top three buttons, revealing a pale chest, as well as a Silver Ankh, hung around his neck... There is a pair of glases over his eyes, the bottom half of the frame is gone. There is a sword strapped at his side...

Thump... thump...

His eyes snap open... the eyes of Godean Hatake Senryu... His eyes are cold silver... though slowly, a deep grin comes upon his face...

"I saw him..."His grin starts to grown sadistic... He sees a man perched upon an ancient battle ground... waiting for him... the one who has challenged him.

He stands up slowly... looking across the great tundra... his enhanced eye sight allows him to see the platform, four kilometers away... 'I see him.' He mutters...

Thump... thump...

"Yes... I know your excited Crimson..."Godean speaks softly. Glancing at the blade which he lifts and straps to his back..."You will have action soon enough...

Godean's image shimmers out of existence... He reapears on the platform, his back facing Shelus, not even a tenth of a second later... His shirt whips in the wind. His loose black pants do like wise...

"I am here... Godean... the one you have challenged. Let's see if you are worth my time..."

Thump... thump...

((Sorry for the delay. As for a post limit... how about 7 posts each?

((( Yes... seven post per would be wonderful )))

+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

Then may our battle be undying and bliss.

Shelus spoke calmly as the one he challenged... Godean, appeared before him. The battle that was soon to pursue would most definatley be that of which he had spoken of, and maybe a little bit more. Both of his massive wings spread outward like that of a vulture, right before it would bagan to scavenge its prey to the marrow. With both wings screeching to their maximum span, they pushed forward ever so gently and lifted him off the ground and backwards. He followed through with his wings until he had been a good sixteen to twenty feet away from Godean.

He stared at his foe's back as he readied for his first attack, an attack that would soon prove fatal if this Godean character stayed as he was, with his back to Shelus. Not to say that Shelus would under-estimate any technique that Godean would have to offer, but he would perfer that a little respect be expressed. He wanted to see his face before he started the bloodshed.

Now that I remember correctly... I don't believe I ever properly introduced myself. I'am Shelus Enzinual. And I'am pleased that you have accepted this challenge. But if you wouldn't mind... please allow me to gaze upon your face before I have the unfortunate pleasure of scraping it off your skull... just to see it the hard way.

The wings lunged back and gave Shelus an incredible burst of speed forward. His sword had already been drawn and his attack now underway with his sword following upward with an uppercut motion. The Angelic movement of the half Seraphin Human was a rare sight indeed. To any who would have the pleasure of setting eyes upon this battle, they would get a feel of time slowing down... just for Shelus. That would have been the best possible discription to give as the fall of snow gently smacked across Shelus' face as he made is deadly slashing manuever for Godean's back, but not too thusly... he didn't want to be caught off guard. For a sense of... 'aww' came over him... he knew this Godean that he challenged had a trick up his sleeve.

Or maybe I should scalp it off anyway... I'am dying to tame my insanity this time. And the only way that can be done... Death. Not my own, but the death of he or she who I shall destroy with my own two hands.
His smile and eyes were begining to craze over.

Before he could follow through with his attack however, the platform on which they had been standing on reacted to their presence. It was as if the platform knew of their intentions. A brilliant show of light fired on and outward in all directions. Once the light had dimmed... the battle ground on which they were standing on transformed dramatically. The architecture that had appeared to be lost and destroyed had regained its former glory. The statues of the old warriors had also looked as they once did so long ago. The floor was still a green glass surface though... no change had come over it.

Before Shelus could finish his attack upon Godean's back, he flew backwards as he once did. He took a slight second to soak in his new surroundings before he would decide to attack him again.

Well this is neat indeed. Lets see how it plays out. Shall we?

About a good distance away from Godean as he had been before, Shelus slowly let his palm forward in a swift but deadly motion. But that which would exit his palm would be alot more deadlier than any movement. First... a set of three wind shots that took form of Side's Poetic Night were launched at Godean. Not shortly after... another set consisting of six were fired at him. This little attack can be bit dangerous to most, mainly due to the fact that the windshots would be just as sharp as the Poetic Night and even stronger.

Hmph...

Godean is a n00b - (lv 0)
Godean listened on as Shelus spoke his words... 'Arrogant isn't he?' he thought to him self... 'Only two beings alive have ever bested me in combat... only two beings have ever scared this body...' A grin crossed his face as he compared this being... 'Shelus' to his Masters... 'Aye, this shall be fun Crimson'.

His eyes were closed, though like always, he could see the world around him clearly. He saw Shelus spring at him, and he saw the energies of the great arena shifting around him self...

"My face?"Godean spoke, chuckling as the words escaped his mouth... "What makes you think that you've earned the right to see my face yet?"He sighed... 'Very Well' he thought to him self...

He felt the energies being formed behind him... 'Wind energy... combined with Shelus's own energy... but it feels different... No matter...'

The Attack flew at Godean's back rather quickly... though once it reached about four feet away, Crimson on Godean's back pulsed, sending out a massive wave of energy, condensing the air around Godean, and crushing the wind attack, making it useless...

'Got to it before I did, huh Crimson? Yes... your right. Maybe I should take this seriously...'

Godean began to turn, to Face Shelus...

"I apologize for my rudness, Sir Shelus. You asked to see my face, so here it is..."

As Godean turned, he opened his eyes, revealing a change in them. They were white. No Pupils. No Iris. Just... white...

"Lets Go..." Godean whispered and drew Crimson from it's sheeth. The blade glew with an errie bloody light... the color of the Crimson Blade it's self...

Shelus has levelled up - (lv 1)
His sights fall upon his oponent's eyes as he drew his sword for all to see. Godean's sword seemed to have a mind of its own and Shelus would now get the feeling that he is actually going up against two beings.

"Rude? Nonsense! Lovely eyes by the way, and as for your sword... likewise."
The smile of greed overcame his face in absolute.

Shelus' eyes glew an immense orange as they gazed upon Godean's white pupiless eyes. He hovered for a good couple of seconds thinking to himself about the best way to go about this. It was already clear that elemental distant attacks and the like would be diminished with ease. But what about an attack at closer range aimed at either Godean, or perhaps his sword.

The weather around the arena was picking up a bit. Before the possible storm could get too strong however... the arena reacted again. Two blue dim laser like lights seeped out of opposite edges of the glass floor and flickered for a bit. Guided by the glass floor, the dim lights rotated clockwise along the floor with each other. The resulting affect of this was noticed instantly... the wind and snow outside could no longer find its way to the interior of the battle ground. But suprisingly, Shelus could walk in and out of this 'shielding' freely.

This... Place... is starting to intrigue me already.

The Shelus Blade had already been unsheathed and Shelus prepared for another charge. His orange tipped wings allowed him to glide ever so freely with utmost haste towards Godean. Shelus' sword aimed squall-like outward in front of the Half Seraphin. Only feet away from his foe, he brought back the Shelus Blade with his right in an attack ready manuever while bringing his left arm in front of him in defensive form.

"INDEED... Prepare yourself my friend... YOU will soOn SEE tHAt thiS BATTLE is not easily won. HoPEFUllY I will Be oF tHe abiLiTY to SaY the sAmE For mYSelF!!!"

One could say that his very words are warped as he comes to a sudden hault at Godeans left side. The blade that carries his name is swung forth with great might at the right part of Godean's neck in hopes to either sever his head from his shoulder, or in hopes that he will find anger in this attempt and lash out accordingly. But will Godean keep his cool? Will Godean remain calm? It is already apparent that Shelus is not. Shelus' thoughts dance insanely as he gets this fight underway.

Heh... HEh... heH...

Godean is a n00b - (lv 0)
'Enough talk' Godean thought to him self. He had a loose, yet strong grip on Crimson, which rested in his right hand. He saw Shelus move at him with great speed. 'He's pretty quick... though speed is my strong suit...' he chuckled slightly. To any other normal being, Shelus would be little more than a blur. Though any other normal being didn't have the Demonic Eyes that Godean had.

Godean didn't move an inch, as he watched the Shelus blade come at his neck. When the blade was less than a foot away from his neck, Godean leaned back, the Shelus blade flying over his head. As the blade passed, Godean placed his hand flat on the ground, kicking his body up, and sending a leg straight at Shelus's head.

Godean finished the kick and brought his legs back down to the ground. He came back to his feet as Shelus continued to pass where he just was. Time seemed to slow down, and Godean's white eyes seemed to pulse. He used Shelus's momentum against him. Using that much speed makes it difficult to manuever and stop. Godean brought Crimson straight into Shelus's path, across his chest.

Without waiting to see if his attack hit or missed, Godean flung him self backwards. He looked on carefully... 'I cannot win in this form... time for a change...' he thought silently to him self... Godean unbuttoned and pealed off his shirt.

A red aura began to flow around Godean. 6 symetrical bumps appeared on his back. His body was heavily muscled, though there were two scars. One across his chest, one down his back. His back began to bulge, as he grunted painfully. And in a flash, a pair of White wings errupted from the top of his back, spraying the area with blood, then a pair of silver from the center, as well as a pair of black on the bottom. Three pairs of wings lined Godean's
back...

The blood that sprouted from Godean's back, never quite hit the ground. There are thousands of small droplets around Godean's, floating a few feet off the ground. He looked around the droplets, his eyes closed. He clenched his fist, and as he does, all of the thousands of droplets of blood divide, then turned into a needle shape. The Blood Needles begin to spin around Godean, each of them burning hot. To demonstrate their strength and heat, one of them flys through one of the statues, leaving a simmering hole as it comes out the other side...

All of the Blood Needles begin to spin at such a high rate of speed, that they cannot even be seen... Godean places his hand foreward, and as he does, everyone of the Needles fly towards Shelus, moving at incredibly high rates of speed...

Godean opens his eyes, which are now pure black... then slowly, a shining white pupil appears in each eye. His eyes just went through stage II to stage III... nearing Stage IV, and when they reach that stage, Godean will be in his perfect form...

"Here we go..."

Shelus has levelled up - (lv 1)
Shelus decides to take the blow to the head as it nears him. He jerks his head back a little to let it gently graze upon the approacing foot and used it to push himself out of completeing his attack. Shelus did not decide however to let the Crimson near any part of his body. A thunderous clap sounds as the Shelus is brought in front of the path of the Crimson. Shelus then forces himself off the crimson back a couple of meters to prepare for either another attack or defense... what ever the next chain of abilities would call for.

His next decision was temporarliy put on hold as Godean underwent a dramatic change. As the red Aura had died down with a brilliant flash... a new, sronger Godean is noticed. Indeed Shelus would be quite impressed as three sets of wings unfold before him upon his foe's back. Shelus would love nothing more than a great battle and a great battle it would obviously be.

Interesting... truly incredible, and I must say...

... Tell me. How did you come across those eyes?

Shelus' voice seemed to calm as he realized that his raging insanity might not be his best bet in this duel. He became calm and would soon attempt to collect his thoughts for a better tactic. Now Godean was doing another one of his maneuvers. Shelus couldn't quite tell what it was as the blood hovering above the floor began to slowly churn around Godean and shape into needles. One needle however gave hint to Godeans intentions as it burnt a hole through a near by statue. Before too long, all needles came forth at Shelus with great haste. The sheath of the Shelus Blade reformed around the blade as Shelus slammed its tip into the ground. An immense stream of Solar Wind shot out of the floor where the sword had been forced. The superheated needles of blood sprang out like a fountain from this solar shield he placed before himself.

The sheath soon dissolved and exposed the blade again as he prepard for a trick of his own. As the blade remained in the glass floor its color changed to bright orange and took the form of a solid plasmatic state. While moments passed... the glass floor slowly began to change to the same type of orange and the floor itself became unto a plasma form and emitted great heat as it lied still in the floor. Although being a type of energy... this form of matter would not be easily manipulated, even with Godeans current state... not while the Shelus blade was still in his hands. As for Godean, he would be able to stand atop the plasma floor with out harm... it would be as if the floor is still there.

"You'll need alot more than your eyes and sword to control this so willingly."

Shelus pulled his sword out of the floor and stretched it around his back. He then flew back at Godean and brought the blade down and then up in the previous motion, but this attack wouldn't even be near Godean, he caused the blade to rise short a foot. The affect of this move was soon evident, a trail of this heated plasma followed through with his swing and tried to force itself onto Godean.

Indeed! We go now...

Godean is a n00b - (lv 0)
The Plasma like substance was flung at Godean. 'That could hurt a bit...' he noted. He held up his right arm, and as he did, the Plasma stopped dead in it's trail, several inches away from Godean. An invisible force seemed to hold it in place, though if one looked carefuly, one could see a purple energy crackling around Godean's right wrist and hand.

Godean moved the Plasma back and forth, controlling it with Gravitational energy. He clenched his fist, and as he did, the Plasma began to condense, growing smaller and smaller, until it was no bigger than a small bouncy ball. Godean placed his palm foreward and as he did, the little ball exploded foreward, straight at Shelus's chest.

"These eyes... one has to be born in a small village to an Angelic mother and a Demonic father. You have to be orphaned to the village because your father kills your mother. You must be raised by a village who hates your very existence."

Godean's eyes harden as he starts to speak... his hands clench around Crimson's hilt... While his voice is still his own, two other voices can be heard in line with his own. One sounds crisp, pure. One sounds serpentine. One sounds like Godean's own voice... the chourus of voices continue to speak...

"Then you must get jumped and beaten by a group of children who hate you for who you are. Then when you react and attack back, you must be expelled from the village. Then you must see the village that has hated you, despised your very existence, burn down around you... and find blood on your hands and not know where it came from..."

Godean finishes his story... his pupils shining white. He is done speaking. Godean raises his right arm, it begins to glow with purple energy again. Soon, 18 purple looking disks, composed of energy, surrond the stage. A purple energy quickly connects each of them. Sevreal apear around Godean as well, connecting quickly. As soon as they connect, the gravity inside of them begins to increase, doubling every second... The statues begin to crack under the pressure.

Godean's personal cage partialy protects him from the weight, though it's not needed. The technique was original made for him to train under harder cirumstances. This is where his speed came from. Soon, there will be enough force to collapse a human body, after that, nothing in existence could withstand the force...

Godean whispers something to him self...

"Fallen from Heaven, Risen from hell..."

Shelus has levelled up - (lv 1)
Shelus doesn't move at all as his own attack is flung back at him. His little ball of Plasma explodes and finds its way spread out over Shelus' entire body. But interestingly enough, this Plasma is the very thing he is and can become. The layers of plasma that found its way onto Shelus seemed to drip down his flesh as water would flow down a glassy surface. Before the last drop of this matter could drip freely down Shelus' skin onto his pants, it was slowly absorbed into his flesh. The latent affect of this was kind of hidden at first, but would be expressed soon enough.

"Very well."
He spoke as he gently wiped off the rest of the plasma that hadn't fallen from his face. That matter in turn would also be absorbed into his flesh.

He lowered his hand as he made a few steps cautiously backwards. Parts and sections of his skin began to radiate a dim orange as a reaction to the absorbed Plasma. Not too long after that... a numerous amount of purple discs outlined the arena. As a link between them made them all one, the gravity here became quite warped. Warped would be a fine enough word to explain it as large and even small pieces of the crumbling statue hit the glass floor with incridible force.

"Interesting story, but now tell me this... How do you plan to destroy one that is partially of your own kind? I admit that I might be half of what I'am and was accepted into 'his' holy house and then betrayed at the slightest failure. But then again... aren't we all halves of something? Who is to say I, or even you are half of anything? Instead, We don't have to be half, full, or any other measurement not seen fit in our own eyes. Let me show you MY Full"

As the dimming of his body came to a hault he stared into Godean's eyes and lowered his head as a smile of Insanity became a smile of wrath. With his head held low, a large crack forms and destroys the glass floor and what exits this crack is a draconic hand that slams Shelus into the ground. What was happening though? Would Shelus summon that which would seek to cause pain unto himself? As his body seemed to break and crack between the cracked floor and the draconic hand. Shelus let out a laugh and a breath as his eye kept focus on Godean... right before his skull appeared to crush under the massive claws.

Moments later, the hand dragged Shelus' assumed corpse down into the cracked flooring and sealed it to the shape it had originally been. Under this glass... one could see the stars and heavens as a spectral light explodes outwards towards the glassy surface. However... that which was piloting this explosion was none other than a new Shelus, a Shelus which bore four of the mighty plasmatic wings of Xenomide and the two feathered wings of his own in between the others. They were all beautiful as Shelus flew straight through the floor and stopped instantly to face Godean in his true form only feet away from him.

Oddly... this new Shelus did not seem to be harmed that much by the intense gravity that multiplied by the second. With the hand of this new Shelus slowly reaching outward toward Godean's chest, it haulted and just as quickly... a plasmatic wind exhaled. It thrived to push Godean outside of the Arena and possibly destroy or consume him entirely.

Godean is a n00b - (lv 0)
'Intresting' Godean thought to him self... 'This Shelus is much more powerful than before. I shall need to further to the Apocalypse stage in not too long...' Godean grimaced. He didn't fancy taking on such a powerful stage of Shelus in his current stage... two stages away from his perfect form.

Shelus's claw extended sending a familiar wind blast laced with the Plasmatic energy. 'Easy enough...' Godean extended his hands in front of him self. As he did, a black circle appeared in the air, a dimensional tear. Godean brought him self through it.

Another tear apeared behind Shelus's head, where Godean thrusted Crimson at the hollow of Shelus's head. He then fell back into the portal and reapeared next to Shelus, thursting at his side. Godean continued to do this for about 5 more slashes.

Godean then appeared right above Shelus, a good forty feet. His wings suspending him in air. Crimson was now sheethed. His right arm was held out by his side. He muttered something...

"Futhark..."

As the words escaped Godean's lips, the shadow of a Silver Ankh appeared right infront of him. He placed his right arm through it, and as he did, Dead Bolt Materlized. A Massive black rot-iron long gun cannon in the shape of an ornate spiked hooped cross (ankh) with a pentical engraved into the mouth of the muzzle. A gift given to him from Anomaly.

"Dead Bolt" Godean hissed... He brought the gun down, and pointed it right at Shelus. He quickly pulled the trigger three times...

Boom... Boom... Boom...

The massive cannon rung three times... Each shot flew in their own directions. Two rocketed at Shelus's head, one at his neck. Godean brought Dead Bolt up again, and fire four more shots....

Boom... boom... boom... boom...

The shots were aimed right at Shelus's wings. Even if the shots were dodge, they detonate upon proximity, flooding the area with their poisonous contents .

Shelus has levelled up - (lv 1)
A sixth sense screamed at Shelus shortly after Godean dissapeared. Godean was noticed almost instantly as Shelus spotted him through his peripheral upon slowly turning to answer the call let off by his senses. A sharp whistling is heard as Shelus brings his sword in contact with the Crimsons first attempt at his head. 'Twould seem that about five more similar attacks would pursue as Shelus ended up blocking everyone of these dimensional like slashes with the help of his sword and leg. The last however had managed to barely skim the lower part of his stomach as a slight scratch appears where the Crimson had trailed onward.

That was a little too close for comfort.

Shelus gazed upward at the Hovering Godean as a shadowy silver anhk transmuted into a massive cannon with sights aimed and ready. The cannon seemed almost too unreal for its great size, but then again... not too many see near immortal beings engage in such brilliant combat between each other. It was a bit amusing however as Shelus held his ground and readied for its first shots to be fired.

Boom... Boom... Boom...

The sounds let off by the massive cannon echo throughout the surrounding landscape and even find themselves causing slight avalanches in the distance. The first three shots to exit the barrel were easy enough to dodge as their size seemed to get bigger as it neared Shelus' head. One almost got the better of him as he found out that it was heading for his neck instead of his head.

Boom... boom... boom... boom...

More than just small avalanches in the distance activate from the last four sounds of this cannon. Instead... Huge chunks of rock and ore could be heard sliding down the face of those distant mountains. These shots were aimed elsewhere this time... now Shelus' wings were in danger. A move that he would perfered to be saved for a last resort from his foe. Now this Godean was playing dirty in Shelus' eyes. All six wings curl in a backward direction allowing him be pushed forward as the bullets bite the air flying right passed Shelus at his sides.

As he unfolded his beautiful wings, he came across the sudden realization that those bullets weren't any normal bullets. He soon felt a sharp sting attack his nostrels as he tried to breathe.

Well... that's just... a dirty... little trick indeed...

Shelus seemed to be in pain after the impact of those bullets upon the broken glass surface left an erie taste in his mouth. He bent over slightly as he yurned for a new breath, but as he did... he appeared to cough up plasma as he fell to his knees. It would appear that Shelus underestimated the potential of this gun, but at that realization, he clamped his palm against the broken floor. Shortly after... seven beams of pure darkness seeped outward one by one through the floor and seeked to destroy Godean.

He regained his balance as he stood to face Godean again... rubbing off the remaining plasma that had not found its way on the floor. The vomiting of his own blood seemed to rid his body of that poison and any future poison that would find its way into Shelus' body.
