What I don't like about FFX

The blood when you fight. I am a girl, 11 years old, and blood just scares me. It is really scary when you see that stuff! Blood is gross (to me, you might think it's cool). When I started the game, I thought it was fun. But when I got to the fighting, I STOPPED, I never finished it just because of the blood.

I understand where you're coming from, but FFX is rated Teen, so technically, you shouldn't be playing it. Not that there's something wrong with you playing it, but it wasn't designed with 11-year-old girls as the target audience, you know? No offense, but maybe in a few years you'll adjust to the sight of animated blood better and be able to tolerate playing the game.

I don't know about the JP and EU versions of the game, but the NA version (which you should have if you live in Arizona) definitely doesn't have any blood. Now, unless there's something in a cutscene that I'm not remembering, I'd really appreciate if you could specify what you're talking about so we can get a better idea.

Who knows? Maybe we're all wrong and we're just forgetting a certain part of something, but take my word when I say there's definitely not any blood throughout the entire game.

11 eh? Hmmm... Well why are you scared of Blood? The very sight of blood can actually calm ones fear to an extent. When you see the blood you feel the blood and channel out all other fears. Your mind is on the blood and only the blood. So why would you fear the blood when you should embrace the blood?

Anywhom. No Blood in my version from what I remember. There actually was a little bit near the begining when the giant fish at Baaj Temple took a rather large chunck of flesh out of the other fish's side and tossed it about like a week old piece of meat.

The blood? Whoa, what is so wrong with it? I sort of think it is cool, it makes it more alive, I remember some blood in the game...when you were at the beginning of the game I think, and you were supposed to fight these green like fishes, and then this big thing comes in(the one with no stomach, just a bone box) and it eats the others, and then it is when you see blood. I do remember other patrs with blood.

Anyway, what I didnt like was that we needed to fight Seymour more then 2 times. It was really annoying and I hated it!

The post made right above yours... the one that I wrote... HAS THE EXACT SAME CRAP TYPED ON IT.

I would understand if it was made almost seconds after mine. BUT.... ten minutes is a great length of time at which you could of read my post a good three times effortlessly.

I swear... it's like some of you do it for post count.

You do have a point though. Everyone has posted saying the exact same thing, myself included. What it comes down to is simply that there's no blood in FFX, and none of us have any idea what RikkuCraze is talking about.

RC, if you figure out exactly where the blood is and wish to resume discussion, that's great. PM me and I will reopen the topic. For now, it's closed.
