Yes, it is a great song. It's an intense song and it suits the beginning of the game well. I love hearing it. I wish I had the Final Fantasy VIII soundtrack! It should be in the game a lot more than it was.

Well i have the whole CD...... FF8 Soundtracks.......there is 16 songs....
But Liberi Fatali isnt there.......i dont know if it is oficial.......but its great

This is one of the best songs in all the Final Fantasy games, in my opinion. I saw it once when my friend was bored so he just watche the opening and then turned it off. That was actually the first time I saw a Final Fantasy game. The songs intensity really fits well and with the battle going on it's impossible to say that you couldn't like it. That opening scene is one of my favorite parts of and FF ever!

Yes, the song is incredible and goes very well together with the cutscene. It was the first Final Fantasy I saw as well and I still love it more than any other

Yeah, Liberi is probably one of the best FF songs out there, and easily the best on the FFVIII OST.

I've seen a kickass AMV of it paired with X/1999 that was totally badass.

if you want to play FF8 only for hear that song dont play it......
i think the game has something more then just a great song...so Beat the game and enjoy the story :-)
