ok, here we go...
basically, i want someone who knows how to make forum and banners to be an admin on a site that i am planning to make, the ideal person will need to:
take control of alot of threads within the forum make a banner and name for the forum help find the right program to use (has to be free for now as i am unemplyed) be on the website quite alot so anyone whs interested rigt here or PM me i appreciate it! tanks DC

You can make forums from a phpp site... they're free and simple to make, and you can take instant control.
They're easy to understand, so you won't really need help making it and the layout, etc... Good luck on your forum, hope it gets reaaal active!
