The ending *SPOILERS*

Okay I finally beat the game. After watching the ending, I noticed that it was a really confusing ending. I mean wtf? Is it supposed to be a happy ending or sad one?

Also, I heard from somewhere that you can unlock something at the ending. I didn't unlock anything.

Umm...that doesn't say much. Was it FFT or FFT:A?

If my presumptions are right, and you finished FFT, then I shall explain with the best of my knowledge:

Spoiler: The ending starts after you defeat Altima Archangel, when in a last exhale he destroys all the battlefield. Everyone is presumed dead, and no bodies were found, save Alma's. Now, you might remember there were 2 Almas, right? The real one, and Ajora reincarnated. Well, the body they found was the body of the dead reincarnated Ajora. So, in essence, everybody survived, or at least Ramza and Alma survived and lived hidden from the world. Only the Beoulve half-brothers were seen, but seemingly the rest could escape too. The next CGI details what happens time after, when Olan tries to unmask the Glabados Church and was dealt with, but later his descendant, Alazlam, would uncover the truth. He would also have encounters with the strongest of the sects, Murond, but seemingly he survives. The last scenes are still quite weird, but apparently Ovelia dies at Delita's hand. My assumptions are that the killing is fake, as Ovelia only wanted to live a commoner's life. Delita, thinking Ramza died doing the right thing, says that Ramza must be better off where he is.

Tell me if that cleared it a bit, or if that was the wrong game. awall should have some thoughts on the ending too.
