Anyone heard or know of them? Heard their stuff last week, fell in love with them. No, they're no gay emo. I'm sure they're some kind of metal, wouldn't have a clue. Anyone like? Their songs 'The storm' and 'Pull harder on the strings of your martyr" are awesome!

I know them. They are awesome I liked the song "The Deceived" a lot, I think it is the best. Also there is this song..."A Gunshot to the Head Trepidation" Man! that song is awesome.

They are horrible metalcore. I don't mean just bad metalcore like Killswitch Engage, I mean ****ing horrible metalcore.

If you want really good metalcore, listen to Glass Casket or Overcast.

I like Trivium, and they're not horrible. For a band with only 3 albums, they have a rather impressive fanbase. They're awesome, and just cause they don't sound nearly dead, doesn't make them crap.

Man, Glass Casket is actually very good. I've heard Trivium and I don't really care for them. I do really like Killswitch Engage, though. Both with and without Howard.

In all seriousness, Jet, if you like Trivium, you might want to check out a few other bands kinda in the same ballpark, too. And no, they don't "sound like Slayer", because surprisingly enough, I don't like Slayer.

Between The Buried And Me are pretty good.
Fragments Of Unbecoming, you might like, though they are a bit faster.
I'm sure you've heard of them, but some As I Lay Dying is alright, too.

Just throwing out some suggestions, though I highly doubt you'll take my word for it. Either way, consider this the most polite way that I can say, "Hey, if you like Trivium, check these bands out".

You know what Trivium rocks and also does Killswitch engage. But that don’t matter cuz you’re the only one that actually SUCKS. I'm as normal as anyone, I just happen to listen to different music than most people, and well, guess what, I'm judging this band totally with total objectivity. From a pure musical standpoint, they suck.

That's my opnion, and I'm sticking with it. Feel free to disagree, if you must, but put "Omg, you suck, their gud band and u suck 4 not liking them" like Len/Jet have insinuated, then you're fully entitled to get cancer.
