Mike takes classes from Quistis - (lv 2)
Kevin Smith movies

I love Kevin Smith movies. His originality and style has created this cult of people who can't stop watching his movies. For those of you who don't know who he is here is a list of his movies.

Clerks
Mallrats
Chasing Amy
Dogma
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Jersey Girl

I think that's all of them, anyways, that's all the ones I own. So what do you think of his movies? Which is your favorite and why?

I love them all apart from Jersey Girl. In that movie he just strayed too far away from his strengths and created one of the most generic movies I have ever seen.

Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back is probably my favourite. I just can't get tired of that one.

I like some of his movies like Clerks and Dogma. Other though like Jay and Silent Bob and Mall Rats I didn't like so much. I just found that his movies I either really enjoy watching like the 2 I mentioned, or I really think they're dull. I can't really give a solid reason as to why I didn't like them just I think it could have been better, that's all. So in the end I think he makes some good and some bad. But nobody makes all great movies, everyone has a couple flubs. Well that's my opinion at least.

For a while, I said that Clerks was my favorite movie. Then I changed my mind. I dunno, though. Something about the concept of a story advancing through the same day, in the same place was kind of interesting to me. It was like real life, except exaggerated. And Brody is awesome. He is my hero. If I could get a job like the one he has, where I could sit in a video store all day, and ignore any customers that came in, and just watch movies and do whatever I want, and write run on sentences... that'd be "da bomb, yo."

I also liked Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Dogma. I even liked Jersey Girl. The way Ben Affleck acted in that movie, it reminded me of my oldest brother. Same mannerisms, and such. I dunno.

The most iffy movie for me is Dogma; I dunno what I should think of some of it's views... Oh well. I won't go into it. So there. Go to the debate forum to debate. I don't feel like it.
