Post New Wireless Final Fantasy XII PS2 Controller

According to the DLMAG website, Square Enix is still not done promoting Final Fantasy XII. In addition to their recently announced custom FFXII PS2 console, Square Enix is also releasing a brand new wirless Final Fantasy XII controller.

*Image can be seen below

The controller is completely white, and wireless. 2.4Hz advanced digital cordless technology, and a 29 foot area of reception. The battery life lasts up to 50 hours while in vibration mode, and 100 hours without the vibration.

Another cool feature, is that the core of the analog sticks lights up blue, as well as the jewel in the middle of the controller. The controller will be priced around $40.00 and will make a great addition to any RPG fanatic's collection.

i don't really like the overall look of it, but its a good idea to personalize peripherals to games, like those keyboards for hardcore Everquest players that show all the hotkeys and stuff

if it comes out here, i'll probably buy it just for collection's sake.

You know I've heard Logitech's Wireless Controlls are pretty good, and I've been meaning to buy one, I think I'll just hold out until this one comes out.

$40 dollars is quite a bit for a controller like that. Most of those wireless are about $25-$30. I own 4 wireless controllers. I got a micro-sized one from Madcats(by far the best out of the 4)($20), a Pelican Desert Camofloge(sp?) for those FPS and Military-related games($25), A dreamgear one which is rather plain and it takes a whopping 4 AAA batteries and sucks them dry in 5 hours; not a recommended buy($25), and I forget the make of the last one, but its a Dallas Cowboys controller for my Madden '06($30). My point? I buy special controllers for any game, and even I rather buy a game for $40 then a wireless controller. Its a bit overpriced. I'm guess when they look at what they are competing with they'll probubly lower the price. I may invest in the console, depending on the price, because I still own the original PS2, which is rather bulky.

What they should do, is give it away for free with XII for making us wait so freaking long.

LAIK OMG.

It...really isn't that pretty...it should have like, more pretty on it. It's just...white.

I like the look of it and chances are, I'll buy it when it comes out. Yeah, $40 is kinda steep, but oh well. I'd manily be getting it for the cool lights on it, because as we all know, lights are cool. Especially when they're blue.

Question! Does this thing work on the PS3 as well? That's probably a really, really stupid thing to ask, but I'll pull the gender card for anyone who laughs at it.

Then I'd buy it, as a second controller. Mm. Yes.
