A Friendly Match

(Okay after three years of no RP I am back to give it anoter try. I apologize in advance if this fight turns out stupid. My character stats can be found here: http://www.thefinalfantasy.com/forum...996#post779996 )

Flippy is having a very enjoyable day. He is happilly frolicking through a field of daisies. He happens upon a group of youngsters building a fort out of cardboard boxes. He smiles and waves and the children invite him over. Flippy and the children have a wonderful time together.

As the day flows along, dark clouds begin to move in and they are hit by a sudden downpour. The rain causes the box fort to become flimsy and it begins to collaps on them. they all run out of the fort and continue running to seek shelter. A flash of lightning scares one of the boys and he falls into the mud. As Flippy looks down at the young boy his mind flashes with images of little gray men with guns crawling out of muddy tunnels. His demeanor quickly changes from happy to very angry.

He begins breathing heavily and growling as his chest heaves up and down. Suddenly he leaps off of the ground and sprouts long red demonic wings. He begins to shout in some strang language and quickly beheads the child closest to him. He pulls out a rope and strings the next one up by his neck. He laughs maniacally with each kill. As his rage grows, fire slowly kindles below him. He torches the last of the children like a well done filet mignon cooked by the worst French chef in all the world.

After all the children are gone he frantically searches for fresh blood. But none can be found. It is dark now and the storm is raging on. He looks to the west and sees the light of a town. He shouts an evil laugh to the sky and darts towards the town to find his next victim....

Arion was walking through the town the rain soaking his clothes completely concealing him.He looks out into the field and notices a group of children slopping through the mud crying and pointing at the sky.Arion looked toward the sky and notices and red wing bear flying through the sky.

As he looks toward the sky he prepares his shield and sword and readiesas many pheonix downs as possible.Arion remains staring at the sky and notices a decline in altitude and readies himself for the worst

(OOC: Okay, we will give this another try then. I hope you read the rules this time.)

As Flippy is flying over the town burning random homeless people, he sees one man among the many townsfolk who is not fleeing.

"Finally for some fun! This man is either a fool or an experienced warrior. Either way it's going to be fun turning him into burnt toaster strudels." Flippy thought to himself and changed the course of his flight directly towards Arion.

Arion saw the bear flying toward him and raised his sword in the air.Suddenly a red blast shot from the sword into the air when the light faded the sword was engulfed in flames.

He used the sword to get the bears attention and then began to brace himself threw his sword into the ground.Arion swung around the sword and attached the shield to his sword.The falming shield displayed his deep dark features and illuminated the ground around him.He then took a deep breath and hoped for the best.

Flippy's descent towards Arion was quickening. As he approached he saw fire and then Arion bracing himself behind the shield. Just before reaching Arion, Flippy pulled up and did a 180 degree spin as he flew over Arion. He then sceamed at the top of his lungs and blasted a stream of hellfire toward Arion's back. Already traveling backwards the fire blast propelled Flippy even further away from Arion. He quickly tried to regain contro of his course and finally set down on a rooftop to assess the outcome of his attack.

The scorching fired burned Arions back but he still could fight.Arion pointed his sword toward the air.A bright blue aura streemed on the sword.As the blinding light faded his sword and shield had dramaticaly changed for.As arion stood with only part of a pullover left a black tanktop covered his chest.He jumped into the air and shot toward flippy.

Flippy's demonic wings reflexivly closed around him to protect him from the coming impact. They got halfway closed before Arion smacked right into Flippy. The wings protected him from the hit but the force of the impact knocked him backwards through the roof of the house. Flippy landed on the floor of the basement with an agonozing *thump.*

He then stood up and looked back up through the hole that had been created. He heard a whimper near him. Upon a quick glance Flippy noticed a young woman hiding in the corner of the basement. He squeeled with joy as he rushed over to the woman. As she screamed and fought him, Flippy grabbed the woman and bit her throat out with his sharp teeth. His body appeared to glow as the woman energy revitalized some of his strength.

Flippy then held the woman tightly and jumped straight up, creating another hole in the damaged house. Flippy flew high, almost 100 feet up. He looked down at Arion below him. He then threw the woman's dead body down at Arion and laughed with demonic glee.

Arion,recovering from the impact,landed on the ground with hard thump.Arion looked up and saw some thing hurling through the air toward him.He jumped up and slashed through what seemed to be a womans body and headed straight for flippy with the flaming blade over head.

(ooc: my character is currently about 100 feet in the ground, I assume that Arion can jump that high or can fly.)

Flippy wasn't caught off guard this time. He flew twords Arion, as Arion was coming at him. At the last second his wings cocooned around him and he began to spin like a great burning football. Then just before they hit his wings burst outward creating a hellfire shockwave (sound familiar?) that blew through the whole town. Windows shattered and everything flammable burst into flames as the shockwave past by. The house below finally collapsed from this added damage and plumes of smoke filled the already overcast sky.

Arion starred at the sky and flippy seeing how much chaos he was causing.Arion proppeled himself toward flippy the green bear was his primary target.He pulled his sword back as he was darting throught the air his eyes wide and his face was twisted in to a disgusted face as he pulled back his sword and began to attack.

The sword hits Flippy. He was too busy enjoying the chaos and reacted too late. He tried to dodge but, wasn't quick enough. The sword did little damage however, only cutting off one of his green ears.

Flippy flinched in pain as his blood flew through the air. No he was really mad. How had his blast of fire and energy not affected this warrior or his course towards Flippy? Well now Flippy was ready to bring out the big guns.

He darted up into the clouds where the smoke and storm were mixing. Then rain began to downpour from the sky. Flippy could be heard screaming insamely at the top of his lungs! Lightning began to flash all over the sky and loud thunder shook everything. Then suddenly the clouds seemed to catch on fire and the sky was ablaze. One giant lightning bolt came down right onto Arion's position....

Arion took the hit hard!Making various cuts and scorch
marks all over his body.Now the blood from his cuts began mixing with the rain.He could hear flippy in the sky laughing.This time Arion threw his sword over his head a blue aura surrounded the Sword.As he began his accent toward flippy with what liittle strenght he had he was ready for his final blow his famous ice slash.

( OOC: Oh yeah he does have white wings forgot to menchion is that ok if not then never mind )

Flippy coninued his maniacal laughter as the fire from the sky rained down upon everything. his body burned but the fire did not scorch it, it only seemed to make him laugh more. Flippy looked down and saw Arion flying towards him again and he gave a high pitched squeal of joy. He raised his hands above his head and all of the fire, clouds and electricity closed in above him, creating some kind of electrified fireball. He threw his hands down and the fireball shot towards the approaching Arion.

Quckining throught the air , Arion knew that his wings would be of no help for the incoming electrified fire ball continued toward arion.His shield still strapped to his back would be good defense against it but it was worth a shot.Arion grabbed his shield from his back and waited for the incoming attack.

The fireball engulfed Arion.All of a sudden a bright blue light began to shine.As the fire ball died down Arion was surrounded by a bright blue barrier created by his shield.As Arioin wings began to unfold he pushed outward with great force bright blue needle shaped pins began to shoot towards flippy who was laughing insanely.
